The dental crowns here are high quality; the dentist is reputable; my family and my siblings all had theirs done here.

I broke my front tooth 13 years ago. The dentist was very dedicated and tried to save the adjacent tooth, only placing an implant in that one tooth. The procedure was very quick and painless. To this day, the tooth is still in good condition and I haven't had any problems.

I went in with mild discomfort; not urgent pain. I said I think I just need a check and cleaning. The doctor told me that I need to pull out and extract my tooth immediately for 3.5m VND. Of course this sounded like nonsense so I went to Westcoast Dental. The dentist explained to me in sincere complete English that I just need a cleaning and thorough flossing. Now I feel completely better. I don't know which is worse, that the doctor wanted 3.5m VND or that he wanted to PERMANENTLY remove one of my teeth. Absolutely do not go here for consultation.

Wonderful clinic) Thanks to Dr. Phuc for his care and professionalism. Very friendly doctor. The doctor answered all my questions and tried to help, although I do not speak English very well. At the clinic, they cleaned my teeth, put in a filling and polished my tooth. Everything went well, the quality is high. I liked the clinic more than those I went to in Russia. I recommend it with all my heart.

Walked in on a weekday morning, and was fortunate to secure two slots for my friend and myself later in the afternoon. Firstly, I personally do not find a visit to the dentist’s an enjoyable experience. The elderly dentist who attended to me was very experienced and detailed. He did a really good job in cleaning my teeth, which was relatively painless. Next, there was minimal upselling - dentistry in Vietnam is relatively inexpensive for the basic services, and they usually profit from aesthetic add-ons like whitening. The dental equipment however, feels somewhat dated, as the Patient Handpiece’s water delivery feels unnecessarily excessive, frequently splashing on my face. Overall I felt the service was value for money and effective, though I still do not enjoy visits to the dentist.

The quality is terrible compared to other clinics. I had a porcelain crown done here. The first time, the root was exposed and it was painful. The second time, the bite was misaligned. When I went back for a check-up, they blamed it on the tooth and demanded a root canal even though the tooth was normal. Not to mention, the crown shape was bad; when I asked for adjustments, they said it was because of the tooth shape. I paid for the procedure and went to another dental clinic. They said the old place had misaligned the bite, and they gave me a new crown that looks great and is completely fine.
