I do not recommend this clinic. Initially, I had only left one star, but the staff insisted I share the full experience. It's true that there is no appointment under my name, as my husband came. However, I will share his experience, as he is not very active on social media. My husband had difficulty scheduling an appointment to cap teeth because there was no availability. On the day of the procedure, after an hour of trying, he was informed that they could not perform it because the cavity was too deep. They told him he needed a root canal with a post, a porcelain tooth, and that this required the intervention of another specialist, so he would have to schedule another appointment. The cost of the new treatment would be $10,000 pesos, and according to them, the urgency was such that there was now availability for the following week, since the tooth was exposed. Given this, we asked: What about the other pending cavities? Are you going to try to treat them without knowing if they will also require a root canal? Why wasn't a panoramic X-ray suggested immediately to evaluate all the teeth and avoid further surprises? Something about the situation didn't inspire confidence in us, so we decided to seek the opinions of two more specialists in the following days. Both agreed that a dental post wasn't necessary. Logically, a root canal was, and that was never in doubt. My husband canceled the root canal appointment at this clinic three days later. Despite knowing the tooth was only covered temporarily, the clinic accepted the cancellation without even asking why or showing any interest in the reasoning behind the decision, even though the case was serious. We didn't expect them to insist on keeping him, but considering the seriousness of the matter, we expected at least a little more attention. It seems that sometimes the focus on money, paying the specialist, or renting the space can cloud ethical and professional judgment. It's worth mentioning that at other places we didn't get even half the quoted here. I recommend looking for other options to compare prices. The quality and service at the other location were effective and inspired a lot of confidence. Just as they are vigilant about quickly assuming negative comments or ratings are fake and focus on maintaining their five-star rating on social media, they should also be vigilant about providing better customer service, offering competitive prices, and requesting prior studies when necessary. (I mention this because they told me they didn't have an appointment in my name, and it was real, but only the comment was focused on that, as if the rating were fake or fabricated.)
