Dental Smile Concept has been my second home. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive. Dr. Daniel is an amazing human being, as is his wife, Dr. Mauren. They listen to you, are extremely gentle with everyone, detail-oriented, and perfectionists. They have taken care of my dental health all these years and continue to do so. I recommend them without hesitation. They have a wonderful team! 👏 💙

experimenting on me and as if they hadn't been entirely honest from the start. Even so, I continued with the treatment, trusting in their good intentions. Despite all of this, I continued to see them and, because of my positive attitude, even dared to recommend them. Recently, in an emergency, I recommended them to some people who were visiting from abroad and needed urgent care for an elderly woman. I personally scheduled the appointment and told them that payment would be made upon arrival, given the trust we had built over so many years, as well as the fact that I had always paid promptly for every treatment I received, without complaint, despite how expensive my process was due to constant changes and errors. To my surprise, upon arriving for the appointment, they refused to see them because I hadn't prepaid $150,000. This happened despite my years of loyalty as a client, the trust I placed in them, and the fact that it was an emergency involving an elderly woman. This attitude demonstrates, in my opinion, a clear lack of compassion on the part of the staff and a serious flaw in their customer loyalty program, where trust seems to flow only in one direction and solely for the benefit of the clinic. Unfortunately, with this situation, they lost me as a client, and they also lost the two people who were coming from abroad and whom I had recommended. They made me look very bad and, frankly, it's not worth continuing when their services still have several important shortcomings, not only in customer service but also in the results and quality of those results.

We have records of the beginning and end of treatment, as well as subsequent retention checks, including a recent one, which confirmed the stability of the results without any expression of dissatisfaction on your part. For this reason, we reject the current assertion that the expected results were not obtained, as this statement does not correspond with the clinical progress or the checks performed, which are documented in your medical record and supporting clinical records. Regarding the aforementioned administrative situation, we reiterate that the lack of service from third parties on that occasion was due solely to the *failure to pay the pre-payment for the evaluation*, a mandatory requirement for all patients, without exception. This policy is well-known, consistently applied, and supported by documentation. We regret that an administrative disagreement has led to statements that do not reflect the reality of the treatment or the history of care provided by our clinic. A place where, regardless of the emergency, they have more protocol than the government. Services were requested and would have been paid for in cash; imagine what it would be like with health insurance. I'm an American citizen requesting service, but the place acts like it has no human compassion. The place looks so clean and beautiful, but the services are terrible.
I had a minor dental emergency not too long ago and was fortunate enough to find them by chance. I believe the treatment they offered me at that moment was the best I've ever received. It was a wonderful experience for me during such a stressful time; ironically, that's how their care affected me.
