I have been coming to Dr. Petričević for years. A top expert and diagnostician, patient, thorough, attentive and always friendly. I recommend Dr. Petričević to anyone who wants to get rid of their fear of the dentist.
Professional, friendly and knowledgeable, he literally saved all my teeth from falling out through curettage and solved the problem of bleeding gums and bad breath... I regret not meeting him sooner... many dentists didn't point out this problem to me even though they saw it... tartar gets under the gums and causes inflammation... Dear Patient, Check up was done property, even an x-ray was done to be sure that there is no decay. Cleaning was done using sandblasting arround venners not to damage them.

d, 10min after our first visit without detailed anamnese and without proper explanation ( that's how we felt, everything was done in a hurry) 2. He wanted to explant all my existing implants, to implant new ones) We're so glad and blessed that we didn't do it, because we now know that it's not necessary at all!! So the plan was made to only do a definite denture prosthetic treatment. 3. Unfortunately the very expensive dental prosthetics are not wearable at all. The dentures caused: -a irritable fibroma which I had to get surgically removed. It was very painful. -The dentures (I only could wear them for 3 days) caused severe mucos redness, several severe pressure marks, severe and extremely painful decubitus and severe pain. Eating was not possible at all. From my personal, subjective feeling the clinic wasn't paying enough attention to their due diligence obligations. 4. Confronting the clinic with questions of measurements, anamnesis of cmd, cmd function analysis data and cmd therapy, they now, all of a sudden started argumenting that the dentures would only be "TEMPORARY" . This was NEVER mentioned by the doctor before! We definitely spoke, agreed and payed for DEFINITE dentures!! So: they now say it would be TEMPORARY DENTURES BUT WE PAID FOR DEFINITE DENTURES!!! 5. The doctor also made us pay the dentures in advance which is, from our personal subjective feeling, extremely unusual and gave us a dubious impression. 6. We asked the clinic several times for our patient treatment documentation but they don't send it. 7. We came from Germany, they made us stay 12 instead of agreed 3-5 days and we paid a lot of money for not wearable prosthetics. We are very shocked & disappointed and we would never ever decide going there again!! After visiting a dental expert I now had to made new dentures because those from Visodent are not wearable at all!! All left to say: we lost a lot of time & a lot money. Our personal, subjective feeling is that we feel deceived & betrayed. We feel extremely disappointed & shocked.

Dear patient, we are sorry to hear that you are encountering difficult moments, since Clinic VISODENT is recognized as one of the best Clinics in Croatia. This is confirmed by many satisfied patients in recent years. Unfortunately, in medicine there are cases where the limits are biological, genetic, ageing, body constitution, timeframe and so many other factors impacting the medical practice. In all cases, despite the most contemporary technologies and maximal professional doctor’s efforts, medical care is oriented towards the best possible solutions the current patient’s health condition allows. Therefore, the theoretical and subjective observations must be put in that context. Our client service has checked in details all documentation and has reconstructed the medical protocols and chronology applied on your case, so due to your observations we can confirm the following facts (documented by email correspondences): 1. According to our correspondence you requested the appointment for surgery (implant gingiva former mounting). Anamnesis and implant data provided before by patient didn’t correspond to real situation in mouth. Therefore, the doctor assessed high risk of using these implants for further constructions since all the implants had inflammation (periimplantitis) and lower teeth were not suitable for planed partial denture due to the periodontal problems (bridge with attachments). After the consultations with the patient and valuation of new x-rays, doctor decided that the only option in that moment was to provide new dentures. The patient complained that she can’t eat with old dentures due to pain in joints and new ones were indicated as soon as possible. 2. To remove existing implants and provide new ones was newer an option, since we always advice patients to return to the clinic where these implants were done in the first place 3. New dentures were done properly and the doctor is specialist in prosthodontics. Mucosa redness is something that can happen. We checked in our documentation and we confirm that the patient never came for control appointment (according to the information questionnaire it is obligatory). Problems with fibroma is related to implants in the frontal part of your ridge and you will solve that problem after taking care of periimplantitis. 4. According to the medical administrative documentations, you were informed about the prices by email before your arrival and the prices are clearly stated on the treatments list in the waiting room in clinic. On the date of your first appointment, your treatment plan and costs have been confirmed again. As stated already in email you have to be patient and try to adapt to new dentures, as described to you before your arrival in clinic. It has been also stated that nobody can guarantee 100% results in cases like you have, but we did our best according to the medical protocols. In these cases, the duration of the dentures depends on recovery of your masticatory system and we hope that you will adapt to them soon and use them for years. 5. In clinic the payment is done before the delivery. We also remind every patient to be regular on checkups, but according to patient registry you never came back. 6. Due to our administrative procedures the documentation you requested has been already sent (x-rays, documentation, photos) 7. According to our records you traveled from Germany to Croatia and you were informed for how many days you have to stay to complete your treatment. Dentures we did required that you stay for a longer period. According to our medical records you were aware of possibility that you will have to stay 2 days more a week after. We hope that these arguments will show how much effort we put in every case and how we try to fulfill patient’s requirements, but we also have to be aware that medical limitation and patients general health are our priority. Kudos to dr. Petričević. After visiting several children's dentists in Zagreb, we finally found a person with a high level of patience, an extraordinary approach to children and great expertise. A 4-year-old girl started the first repairs with paradise gas, which later was not needed at all. educated and attentive (very important to me in a dentist). You don't feel that it is fixing your teeth at all. He describes the problem in detail and then proceeds to solve the problem in agreement, so there are no surprises (unpleasant for the pocket). He is very patient, approachable and ready to answer countless questions. Mostly from the gate to the dentist's chair, all five; for recommendation!
I am very satisfied, but very satisfied, with the service and quality of the work of dr. Petričević. He solved my dental problems, which I could not solve elsewhere, in a high-quality, fast and efficient way. A pleasant and above all professional atmosphere prevails. I definitely recommend it.
