work. I had high expectations for quality, but it was all for nothing. To make matters worse, Dr. Tanti completed the entire procedure in just 10 minutes. Ten minutes! I’ve had fillings done in other clinics, and they typically take at least an hour, with careful attention. Here, it felt rushed and careless. And if that wasn’t bad enough, the filling on my front tooth doesn’t even match the color of my natural teeth. It's so visibly different, it looks completely out of place, adding to my frustration. I’m still traveling, but now I’ll be forced to seek out another clinic to fix what was done here. The fillings from Dental Point Surabaya didn’t last even a month. I also found it shocking how many positive reviews this clinic has received. It turns out they give out toothpaste and toothbrushes in exchange for good reviews—something they never mentioned. I can't stay silent. I’m sharing my honest experience because I refuse to pretend that everything is fine when my fillings have already fallen out, and the $100 I paid is simply gone, with no compensation.
I had a really bad tooth pulled by Dr. Tanti. It didn't hurt at all. The service was excellent, and the place was very comfortable, clean, and fragrant. I have no regrets, it's the best!
