Excellent experience at Dental One. From the first consultation, I felt well-guided and supported throughout the entire process. I had Invisalign fitted, and the team was very professional, clear in their explanations, and careful at every step. Their attention to detail and commitment to patient well-being are evident. My experience with Dr. Sousa and his entire team was excellent. They explained the whole process clearly, and I felt very confident in their approach. The results have been incredible, and I'm very happy with my smile. I definitely recommend him!

I'm treated by the dental team, and they're not only excellent doctors, but their personalized customer service is also outstanding. The pediatric dentist has been treating my son since he got his first teeth, and the pediatric service has been excellent as well. Highly recommended.

Dental One is a modern and very well-located clinic. It's a professional work environment, very responsible with sterilization and hygiene, and has highly skilled, top-level dentists. I had a cleaning, fluoride treatment, and a general checkup, plus retainers for bruxism/to maintain my braces. The service and attention were excellent; they were very professional and explained every detail of the procedures. To top it all off, the office looks like an art gallery—spectacular!

I feel there's an imbalance between the service and the price. Additionally, they were supposed to send me quotes for services I inquired about after my cleaning, following some x-rays they take (which I also never received).

Dear Dr. Chanis, ONE Dental Clinic, I want to express my profound frustration with the service I received on November 14, 2025. I scheduled my appointment for 4:05 p.m., with instructions to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived promptly at 3:45 p.m. and learned that another person had been scheduled for 4:00 p.m., a patient you saw before me for approximately 30–40 minutes (whom I know, so please…

This lack of communication and respect for my time was the first negative sign of the experience. When I was finally seen, you explained the possible causes of my myofascial pain syndrome: dental alignment, bite, tension, bruxism, and the current state of my mandibular disc. However, the most troubling thing was an inappropriate comment regarding my facial asymmetry, about how you assumed I posed in social media photos because of it (you could have noticed my blank expression) and other unnecessary remarks about my appearance. This, among other comments, was not only misguided but also reckless, considering you had absolutely no idea whether or not I had any insecurities about it. To this was added the assertion that, "because I'm a woman," I handle much more stress than men and that my pain could be somatization related to my partner, home, work, or other "pillars." Not all pain has the same "emotional" origin. I sincerely invite you to review the way you communicate with your patients. (Facts are one thing, the way you communicate them is another.) Regardless of age, gender, or sensitivity. I left the appointment disappointed and shaken. It had definitely been a long day, and even more so after this consultation. After waiting, paying $75 USD, and receiving the care described above, I feel I wasted my time, money, and energy. I didn't even receive an apology for the delay or any sign of taking responsibility for what happened (a bad practice and habit among doctors). Time, in general, is valuable and costs money, and this applies to both parties. I regret having gone to your office and will definitely not be returning. This review is based on the appointment on November 14, 2025.
