This place was awesome!! Dr Carolina did such a great job with my teeth! She was fast and kind! She gave me great tips on how to protect my teeth in the future!!! Unis drove me to the clinic. She was very sweet!
Great experience. The doctor was nice and attentive. I booked through EOC so there was also a ride provided. If I come back to Tijuana I will be coming back :)

Stopped by here after a quick visit to Tijuana to have my teeth cleaned & whitened. Alejandra was absolutely fantastic. Better than any dental service I have received in the States. Highly recommend!

I came to Nakeji for a bridge and a lot of crowns. I was nervous at first not knowing what the pain would be like. Dr. Sergio made me feel comfortable and always double checked if I was numb, or needed anything. It was a quick turn around getting my new teeth back. I am happy with the way they look and the suggestions that they made!! Thanks for a new smile Dr. Sergio.

Absolutely terrible! I just called and wow, I don't know who answered, but they were in a really bad mood 😠. If it was a secretary or receptionist, talk to them because they might be losing clients due to their poor information, attitude, and service. Dr. Sergio provided excellent care; he is very careful, patient, and explains each step of the procedure. I was very satisfied with his work.
This business has a year now with an alarm that messes with all neighbors around and do not change it and respect their surroundings.

I had an appointment at 11:30 a.m. I arrived at 11 a.m. to fill out paperwork and be ready for my appointment. As far as I know, they gave preference to some Americans who arrived late. Of course! I was going for a cleaning (800 pesos). The receptionist was very friendly, but it was obvious which client they were looking for.
I don't really recommend coming here, the service is ok, they promise they take american insurance, they made you pay everything out of pocket and they charge 50 dollars more to help you with the process of getting reimbursed from your insurance, my last treatment was on mar 18, I paid 50 dollars extra to get help with my insurance, and everytime I contact them to ask when I am getting my…

reimbursement, they don't know, the agent is not there, they promise they will message me as soon as they know something, an a month later I havent receive my money nor any message from Nakeji Dental , 3 times they have told me they will let me know, and I have never received a message from them, at this point im not even sure if they even started the process with my insurance, worst service ever!!, I paid 50 dollars to get help with my insurance and they are acting like if they are doing a favor to me, if you want to use your american insurance here, dont come, the experience is horrible!!

Great service! Driver came and picked us up from Grand Hotel Tijuana. When we arrived, greeted by a friendly staff. Cleaning and whitening was super quick. Overall great service.
Dr. Gerardo was awesome and gentle. Not a fan of dentist but he made me feel safe and my teeth look amazing!
