They're either pretending they don't understand or they're just pretending. That's all. Structurally, my teeth are misaligned, and even my lower teeth are suffering. If you really don't have the capacity and the proper equipment, don't force someone to use it as a trial. I've been complaining since last year...but no significant action has been taken. They still say it's not finished yet? Yesterday, they said the progress was complete, even photos were taken, and they said there was nothing that needed to be fixed (weird).
