I was at this clinic today for what was supposedly my first appointment. I was told that the appointment would be with a dentist who was running late with another patient. After an hour, I was seen, but not by the dentist I had been assigned, but by a very friendly dental assistant who did the check-up. Now, considering that I am spending time from my work week to travel to the clinic for an appointment, I expect that appointment to be properly carried out. If there is an unforeseen event – as seems to be the case – it seems to me that good professional practice would not be to try to "remedy" the issue with an improvised intervention given the long wait, but rather to explain and apologize for the situation, and reschedule with the patient, offering the cleaning at a later time considering the inconvenience caused – which did not happen. In any dental clinic, a patient's expectation during a first appointment – whether for a check-up or including a cleaning – is to be seen by a dentist. If this doesn't happen, appropriate measures should be taken, even to create a good first impression, which could lead to further treatments if the unforeseen situation is handled with care. I offer this criticism so that the clinic can review its management of potential patients. In this case, I don't consider it good management; instead, there was a lack of care. Had it been managed differently, this situation of a dissatisfied patient could have been avoided. A first appointment is expected with a dentist; if there are significant unforeseen delays, the solution involves an apology and appropriate compensation if they want to retain a potential patient (which will not be my case).

I highly recommend this clinic. I had very severe periodontitis. I had implants placed in both arches, it looks spectacular and very natural. The staff is very friendly and I recommend Dr. Rodrigo, an excellent and very kind professional. I was very, very satisfied.

Excellent service provided by Dr. Carolina Sá. I will certainly return many times!
Terrible service and treatment from the dentist assigned to my case, despite attempts by reception staff to compensate. They wouldn't even provide me with an X-ray. They charged me for treatment that wasn't completed. Waiting times for all appointments exceeded 1 hour, and there was no response after the wait.
