Pleased with services. My crown fell out, Dr. Luis was able to recement the crown. He even offered his phone number in case I had any discomfort or problems. And, the staff is bi-lingual.

ATTENTION: i had an implant and crown and four years later i had to start all over in Canada, my country. May seem at first good work but two dentist in my country told me that they had never seen such bad work on the crown. The doctor left ciment outside and inside the crown and also the position of the crown on the pic wasn't wright. So PLEASE, don't spend your money there for an implant.

Worst dentist. Save your money and time and do not go to this shame. Went to him and had all my teeth crowned with other work. To date ive had 6 teeth fail because he failed to clean decay on teeth before putting crowns on. You leave feeling all is good but he knows you wont be back. Beware of this dentist.

Carmen areas and found Dental House. I emailed back and forth with Luis Delgado a few times and felt very comfortable. The office is clean and he was very professional, bilingual and did an amazing job. I am an RN and was worried about going out of the US for dental treatment. I read over the reviews and some more than others reassured me (especially the one from Canada if I recall correctly). Again it is now two years. I have had many different dentists repair my front fillings over the years. You go in sit down, they file a little, put a few coats on and zap in between and out the door you go. With Luis Delgado he took his time and put multiple layers on and I would say it was as thick as a regular tooth. Initially I wanted to have dental implants because I was fed up. He could have done the procedure and charged about 10X as much but he said I was not a candidate because I am rough with my teeth (cheek biting). If you are worried, don't be. I always say if I ever need any major dental treatment done I will go back without any hesitation.

Thanks Kara for kind words, I always try to do my best since a simple dental cleaning till a full mouth restoration, I give my best and I always ask the same to my patients, it’s easy to say that the dentis was his fault but once we finish our job and at the moment you cross the door to the outside it’s your responsibility to keep your teeth healthy like you been doing always, I love patients like you that they said was afraid to come to Mexico for dental treatments and after our or my procedures they leave so happy

complicated and painful process. Dr. Delgado is brilliant at what he does and is one of the most caring and kindest souls I have ever met. His assistant, Alberto, is also a really charming guy and together, they make this experience truly one of a kind. I highly recommend this clinic and I will most definitely be returning when I get the chance to.

My wife went in for an emergency visit. Easy to get an appt and Dr was bilingual and nice. However, he could not diagnose a root canal, even though she had the symptoms and and he took an xray. He said it was just stress and prescribed some pain killers that did not work. He promised to email the xray, but never did. She flew back home to US next day and got it taken care of.

Response from the owner Edited 2 years agoAm sorry about this experience but at the x-ray didn’t show nothing and the tooth looked healthy and before do a root canal I need to be pretty sure that the treatment is really needed and even more if the patient will flight next day, so we didn’t have good enough time to do a checkup or follow up appointment to see if everything was ok, so the best decision was do it at home, most of patients leave their dental work till last day to avoid interruptions in their vacations, so this cases better leave the tooth like the way it is and do it at home having all the time to do it and not just 24 hours or less by the way, her dentist back at home suggested a root canal but we never had an instruction from him or her and she also took antibiotics making that at e digitals x-rays show nothing even she didn’t had any pain at the moment of the consultation from the tooth she mentioned

to rinse. He then told me that my teeth were in very good condition and I didn’t require a clean. He then sent me on my way without spending a single peso. Dr Luis could’ve easily done minimal polishing on my teeth and charge me the full amount for cleaning, yet he didn’t ask for any payment at all. He is a friendly and honest health professional with a clean and organised office. I would go to him in the future if I needed dental work done. Thank you for restoring faith in humanity in dentists, Dr Luis.

I met Dr Delgado for a consultation. I flew from Atlanta to do so. He is a caring and talented dentist and I would feel comfortable recommending him to anyone. Another dentist on his staff did a couple of fillings on my sister and char was very pleased. He had his own lab and uses top of the line materials.
