Today I went to have two wisdom teeth extracted, and the experience was incredibly smooth. They explained the entire process to me, and a follow-up appointment with X-rays was done to ensure everything was alright. I highly recommend them. I've never felt so safe in a dental office.

Exorbitant prices, like we're at Dentology Polanco. I understand they have to cover salaries, rent, and fixed expenses, but I can't understand how a procedure like a filling for a tooth can cost over $22,000 pesos. bill skyrocketed to over $22,000 pesos for the same problem. They claimed that a small piece (about 10%) of my old filling had come loose, and they wanted to do a CT scan, remove my bracket, take X-rays, do a dental cleaning, put on an aesthetic crown in addition to the filling, a night guard, etc., etc., and that's how my bill kept increasing. Be careful, obviously, because I have my regular dentist, but I can't imagine the people who go there and are literally robbed with nitrile gloves for not knowing even a tiny bit about the subject. Beware.

It's impossible for a resin filling to cost 22,000 pesos. It's clear you're not our patient and your aim is to cause harm. We are also graduates of UNAM CU, and we are guided above all by professional ethics and the well-being of our patients. Continue seeing your previous dentist without any problem; we don't want you as a patient.
I agree that Dental Holbein provides excellent service. Each treatment is delivered by specialists who are experts in modern techniques. The facilities, infrastructure, and materials are among the most up-to-date I've ever seen. Furthermore, the staff is very friendly.

I don't recommend them. They placed a 5,000-peso crown on me, and it broke within two months. I went back and they refilled the crown with a paste. Obviously, the paste they placed didn't work. I made a new appointment with the other doctor, and when I arrived, the woman who answered the door told me the doctor wouldn't be there and that if I wanted, she could give me a later appointment. Dear Mireya, we respect your opinion but we do not agree with your story, a crown does not break in two months nor is it filled with paste since it is made of Zirconium or porcelain, we would have gladly reviewed your case today, we saw you two years ago, unfortunately the Dr. had an emergency with a family member and we could not notify you in time, we found out just before. These are eventualities that happen and it is a matter of tolerance, which we see you do not have. It is a shame you did not give yourself the opportunity, with pleasure if there had been any error on our part we would have resolved it. Our 15 years and thousands of satisfied patients support us.
I had some cheeks done there almost two years ago and they turned out spectacular and are still going very well.

I had a luxury plan, essentially a plan that requires me to pay nothing for visits, and offered free wisdom teeth removal at a specialist. I've had HMOs, which are the EE. UU.'s version of medium coverage. As long as nothing goes too poorly with your health they cover everything, but get cancer or something, and they've been known to abandon "ship." I've had government subsidized insurance as well. If you can find a dentist that accepts this type of insurance you're lucky, and the client will pay fifty percent of the costs themselves. In summary, people in the EE UU have dramatically different experiences depending on their jobs. So, I decided tried some dental services in Mexico, at a personal cost of 100 percent for the services. At this location, the dental assistants and the "doctor" (😉 is there a doctor in the building?) were so nice. Honestly, I felt like they were over explaining everything in an effort to legitimize their services. They clearly have no idea that standard dental cleaning services in America have been degraded to Western Dental, a.k.a. barbershop, levels of service. They took before and after photos, used the latest tools, and asked for feedback the entire time. It made me feel special 😏. They really have no idea what it's like to have your teeth roughly scraped by steel instruments for your entire life. To get the service I received here, a two hour cleaning with cutting edge tech, it cost me the same in cash as it does the EE UU with above average insurance. There's no competition for basic services. I don't know how much root canals and more advanced services cost, but for the basics, it's unbeatable.

Dr Gracia was amazing. Her English was perfect so I wasn't worried with my below average Spanish. She was friendly, direct, and to the point. She did amazing work, very quickly, pain free, and made me feel very relaxed. Would recommend 1000 times. My teeth are much better!! Thank you
10/10 best dental experience. I visited CDMX from US and wanted some veneers in a short amount of time. They took me in on short notice and did exceptional work for a very reasonable price. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and explained everything very clearly (and in English). Don’t go anywhere else!

We’ve had four implants done there – all placed by a professor who teaches orthodontics at university – and could not be more satisfied with the results and the whole process. We even returned all the way to Mexico City to get part of our treatment done by Dr. Grecia when we could have got that particular part for roughly the same price at a dentist offering a discount in Canada. In sum, we cannot recommend Dental Holbein strongly enough and for everyone facing a major dental issue, we can say with conviction that a trip to Mexico City and Dental Holbein is absolutely worth it.
This is the most caring, compassionate professional and pain free dentist I have ever experienced.

Incredible, very good service and fantastic, natural results for injected veneers.
Great service and communication. I’m a native English speaker, and the staff was easily able to explain everything to me in English. I think I saved quite a bit of money by going here vs. dentists in the US that would have recommended more involved and expensive treatments.

Amazing experience…something rarely said about a visit to a dentist! State of the art technology and expertise in a small space at a great value. I had a filling and a crown…with zero pain! The entire staff was so kind and professional. I will be only visiting Dr Gracia in the future.

I had my teeth whitened and cannot be more happy with the service! The staff are all professional and polite. I asked for an appointment last minute and they moved their schedule around to accommodate me! I will definitely be back to get more work done.

Despite the fear of going to the dentist, getting my treatment here at Dental Holbein has been a very good experience! A professional place with very good service. Although I can't forget my childhood traumas with the drill, the doctor works well, and I barely felt the drill. You should make an appointment ahead of time, as it fills up quickly.
