I visited this dental clinic three years ago and had crowns fitted, and I'm still very happy with my "new smile." 😁 After two years, I had a warranty claim when a piece broke off one of my teeth, and I contacted the clinic. They were immediately helpful and repaired the tooth free of charge under warranty. The entire process was very professional, smooth, and straightforward from start to finish. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the price is great. The dentist is quite young, flexible, and totally focused. The reception staff has a fantastic memory and knows their clients. 👍🏻 I've been to several different dentists in Germany before, but I've never experienced such a high level of meticulousness and professionalism. I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience. During my first visit in May 2024, I had two implants and crowns placed. After the procedure, I quickly noticed that I couldn’t chew properly — I couldn’t even eat soft foods like noodles. I contacted the clinic and returned, but they told me this was “normal” and that I just needed to get used to it. My teeth were not closing correctly, leaving a noticeable gap in the front, which made even simple tasks like biting soft bread impossible. The following month was extremely difficult as I struggled to eat properly. When I returned in September, they agreed to replace the teeth “at no extra cost,” but it felt as though they were doing me a favor rather than correcting an issue. The replacement crowns still weren’t right — one was longer than the other, they looked uneven, and my bite still didn’t close properly. By the end of the visit, the suggested solution was to replace just one tooth, which I felt wouldn’t solve the underlying problem of my bite not closing. I couldn’t go through another set of injections, so I left with uneven teeth, pain, and the need to seek another professional to fix the issue. In my experience, it was difficult to express concerns because any attempt to point out problems was met with explanations that minimized the issue. I ultimately felt that my time, money, and comfort were wasted, and I am now looking for another dentist to correct the results…..
