( 😳) This was such an amazing experience. From Carlos who met me at the airport and drove me to and fro... he is a lovely man. To the best dentist office ever! Liz Dr Juan My anesthesiologist... everything was first rate. My pain level was zero. Once i entered the doors, I instantly felt relaxed. Everything was done in a very professional setting. The staff is so friendly. The cost is amazingly affordable. I will be an advocate for this dental office and cannot wait to return for my final treatment This is beyond 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

knowledgeable and proficient. Our questions were answered to our satisfaction. They have top-of-the-line equipment. We received a root canal, 3 crowns, a cleaning and a whitening in one week. Everything fit well and continues to feel fine. This is the place and we would use them again.

f speaks both Spanish and English. They also provide you with a driver to and from the airport and your appointments, and he's one of the loveliest people I have ever met. I have a lot of trauma and anxiety around my teeth - even unmedicated childbirth of a large baby didn't hurt as much as some of the dental stuff I've dealt with in my life. I can be a challenging patient because of all the emotion that comes up for me in the dentist's chair, and I cry easily, especially around this. While I am sure they were all glad when I was done and gone, Dr. Sforzina and staff were very tolerant, kind and patient with me during my visits. I asked him to make me beautiful, and gave me an incredible smile that has made me look years younger, and since I now smile all the time, I do indeed feel beautiful. My confidence, as well as my digestive health, have been restored. I absolutely recommend them 100%.

His skill, precision, and calm professionalism immediately put me at ease. I have had implants done twice here, and both experiences exceeded my expectations. The results have been outstanding. Dr. Maria completed my crowns beautifully. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence truly show in her work. The clinic itself is immaculate — honestly cleaner and more beautiful than many dental offices I have visited in the United States. The environment feels modern, organized, and welcoming. The entire team speaks English fluently, which made communication seamless and stress-free. Everyone is kind, friendly, and genuinely caring. I especially appreciate that the doctors themselves perform the cleanings here — unlike in the U.S., where hygienists typically handle them. That gave me an added sense of confidence and trust in the quality of care I was receiving. Another major advantage is the cost. The dental work is approximately one-third of what I would pay in the United States, without compromising quality in any way. The value combined with this level of expertise is truly impressive. Their post-surgery follow-up has been excellent. Even after returning to the U.S., they promptly answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. That continued support speaks volumes about their dedication to their patients. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful front desk team — always warm and welcoming — and to Karlo, the driver, who is consistently kind, professional, and reliable. The entire team from Cancun dental design study very professional. My experience from beginning to end was great. Happy with my new teeth, job completed in September 2025. Terrible customer service. My elderly grandmother attempted to book an appointment with a gentleman named David and he was nothing but rude and disrespectful. Would not recommend.

However, we'd like to clarify several misunderstandings regarding your treatment and our clinical protocols. 1. There seems to be a significant misunderstanding regarding the implant process. Dental implants require 2 distinct stages. The 1st stage is the surgical placement of the implant. The second stage (usually 4–6 months later) is when the abutments and crowns are placed. It's standard clinical practice not to place abutments during the first stage after having extractions and bone augmentation, as the bone needs time to heal around the implant first. We're sorry that your local Dentist didn't clarify that you were simply between stages of a standard procedure. 2. We advise a 4-to-6 month healing period. Our team reaches out a few months in advance not to 'push' for an earlier surgery, but to allow our international patients ample time to find affordable flights and plan their travel, not to shorten the required healing time. 3. We sincerely apologize if you felt uncomfortable during your visit. We've addressed your concerns regarding staff conduct with the clinical team. 4. As our shuttle is a complimentary service, unforeseen traffic can occasionally cause minor delays. However, we always prioritize ensuring our patients arrive on time for their clinical appointments. place! Dr Ortega was always available to answer ANY and ALL questions with great patience, I wasn’t even a patient yet and I would have thought she was my local dentist since childhood! So off to Cancun we went. It just so happened that My wife and I 24th anniversary fell on the same week we both needed work! So in just a 2 week span we coordinated with Dr Ortega and the resort and we found ourselves in paradise! Upon arrival to Cancún Dr Ortega had setup our transportation! The trip started off great! Monday comes around and that is when we met the Dental Design Studios driver Karlo! He pulled up in an almost brand new amazing van and we spent 5 days getting to know this awesome guy. He was kind and thoughtful and always on time! After getting to the office for the first time everyone was amazing. Liz at the front desk was welcoming with a smile. MY wife and I needed pretty major work done and they were so accommodating to our anniversary and made everything so smooth. On top of that we both needed additional unexpected work and they accommodated amazingly well and even stayed late and started early to make it happen! While having 5 root canals between the both of us and 5 crowns we saw 4 amazing Drs. Dr. Aldo Enriquez: Restorative Specialist he actually placed and set the crowns. He spent hours making sure they fit perfect and that the bite was amazing and he truly wasn’t satisfied until we were. Dr. Aniria Castellanos: Root Canal Specialist she is a true specialist in her trade! She is actually a professor at a top rated dental school! She was insanely thorough and gentle! Dr. Mariale Corbie: General and Orthodontics Specialist did an amazing job completing a deep cleaning of my teeth with extreme gentleness! I actually fell asleep during the process! Gaby: she was the Dental Assistant, my wife deals with extreme anxiety from dentist in USA being so harsh a d rough and rude. Gaby made sure my wife felt extremely comfortable even kept her covered with a warm blanket! Lizette: Front Desk was always on her “A” game! Always had the appointments set and paperwork in order. I need to finish by saying that when we arrived we were quoted for what our local dentist had recommended, which was completely wrong! Unfortunately we needed more! Dental Design Studios was more thorough. The cost quoted was exactly what was charged. No upselling, no pressure for more! Every single aspect was all in the same building and so convenient! I have multiple children that will need some dental work and they will be coming back with me next time! Thank you Dental Design Studios and the Dr’s there! While we appreciate your feedback, we feel that the situation is more complex than what you've described. First, we want to clarify that we did refund you for the services that you requested and this detail is important to be mentioned. Secondly, we believe that it's important to consider the challenges we faced during your treatment: Your request for sedation for all appointments made communication and feedback difficult, and we had to reschedule multiple appointments to accommodate your needs. While our consent forms clearly outline patient responsibilities, we understand that not everyone reads them thoroughly. Please note all our restorative treatments have a 5-year guarantee and you weren't going to pay for any of the crown replacement if you decided to give us the opportunity to make things right, which unfortunately, it wasn't the case. Regarding the other Dentists' assessments of your crowns, it's important to note that it's impossible to see through zirconia crowns. We even suggested starting a conversation with the specialist to clarify the recommended treatments and help with the next steps, which sadly, you refused. We take patient satisfaction very seriously, and we're committed to providing the best possible care to all our patients. Remember, we're always here to help.
