G that was going on and made the entire process easy. So easy that I felt a bit spoiled during the process. I thought maybe I was special, but soon realized everyone was being treated the same. He was an absolute professional and has always had my best interest in mind. Carlo was my driver and made sure I was always on time. He had great recommendations for local food and shopping. He was a super nice guy and very helpful. Lizzete and Fernada were my front desk customer service reps and schedulers. Both were extremely sweet and kept my appointments scheduled properly so I wasn't sitting around waiting in the lobby. They always had a smile on their faces and made me feel at home the minute I walked in the door. They also kept my bill straight and NEVER was there an issue with billing. What I was quoted before I arrived in Cancun is what I paid. It was actually, a few bucks less. Being upsold on things was one of my big concerns, but that never happened. Billing was straight forward, honest and fair. and YES, I saved a ton of money over my local Florida dentists. THOUSANDS!!!!!!! Now.....about my dentist and her assistant. THE BEST DENTIST ON EARTH BY FAR!!!! No doubt and no questions.....THE BEST!!!! I think God had something to do with making sure I ended up in the dental chair of Dr. Maria Blanco and her assistant Vianey. I'm a huge coward when it comes to dental work and have always had major anxiety with dental work. For me, I needed a lot of work done and truly dreaded the idea of having to get it done. They made my incredibly comfortable and it truly was the best dental experience I have ever had in my 51 years on earth. I, like so many others I read about online, was concerned about going to Mexico for dental work instead of getting it done in Florida by an American dentist......but for anyone reading this review, DON'T BE!!! The technology at Dental Design was far superior to the stuff my local dentist had. The offices were clean and NEVER was I concerned about my decision. Dr. Blanco and Vianey worked diligently and were extremely thoughtful and considerate of any pain or discomfort I may have been having. I never had any pain!!! I never had any serious discomfort. They made sure of it, They were both true professionals and I can honestly say that they put my local dentist to shame in both their abilities and professionalism. BEST OF THE BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!! Thanks Dental Design Studio for an absolutely positive dental experience. And as you already know, I will be referring all my friends and family to your office for dental work.

rather go to Dental Design for extensive dental services. It is so much more comfortable than what I have experienced in the U.S.A. Best choice I have ever made!!! Even the non-doctors are amazing. Loved our driver, Karlo, and my coordinator, Liz! They all make it so easy. I really can't say enough good things about them.

My biggest concerns were 1)out of country anesthesia in a senior citizen isn’t exactly risk aversive. and 2)We are in Cancun for a few RCTs, but more importantly oral surgery with four implant placements requiring osteotomies. The huge concern being if there’s an infection, what exactly are we going to do being 3000 miles away? First off, the idea of IV sedation in a foreign country was daunting, not from a patient experience stand point, but the differences in standard of care was concerning. My concerns were unfounded. They for the most part use the same monitoring equipment we use in the states, the only difference being that it wasn’t quite as fancy. The anesthesiologist was great, and really showed that country to country the only real difference in medicine is that in the United States everything is ridiculously expensive. Secondly, I think it’s fair to say the dentists were as concerned if not more so about infection than I was. It was clear that if a procedure is too risky they would be more than okay with telling the patient to see a surgeon in their hometown. I mean, it makes sense. A bulk of their clients read these reviews, so obviously it would outright destroy their business if they didn’t have constant five star reviews considering how untrusting the average American is. I have great dental insurance back home and I can say without a doubt that if I ever required expensive dental treatment I would definitely email them to set it up.

infections and removing of implants and leftover tooth fragments were a direct result of their incompetence. Good luck trying to get a refund for the failed work. It’s a risk, maybe if I had less work done it may have been successful but bottom line is it was a disaster. Just my experience, yours may be different and I hope so.

What can I say , the equipment is TOP of the LINE ROLAND (yes musical instrument Co) which scanned, and printed my molars in a day... The dentists are the best and top notch, I had all my issues covered no pain and lots of gain.... You get what you pay for, and my insurance company loved the cost and covered it as it was HALF of what I pay in my local city!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS everyone from the front desk super operator to the doctors... My hat is off to you all and I have the best rock'n roll teeth in Cancan.. Ask me I smile all the time!!!!!!!!!

teeth they recommended and removed the fourth. In the end that was a good idea because the fourth tooth did not need any fillings, a simple cleaning did the trick (that was my front tooth). The problem was when I referred to the quote they provided me the day before I was going off the prices they had listed and I had agreed to. When charging me the day of the work the price did not go down even though I removed one of the teeth that they said needed a "2 surface filling" but did not. I was confused as to why they did less work but were charging me more. The same thing happened to my partner. He only wanted a cleaning but for whatever reason they also charged him $60US for a exam when he did not ask for that. They also didn't even floss all his teeth, only the front ones. For me, luckily they brought down my price after disputing it. The front desk lady thought the dentist told me, but never did. Apparently he did other work to compensate on the additional cost? Not to my knowledge or prior consent. Also the tooth I paid for the filling on still looks black to me in the mirror. I don't think it was done properly. Not sure I would go back to this place.
