I went for my third time in two years today for cleaning and check up. The service and the warmth was amazing. I have been to dentists in many parts of the world. This has been one of my best experiences

What stood out most was the professionalism and expertise of the dentist, who explained each step clearly and made sure I was comfortable during the entire treatment process. The clinic itself is modern and well-equipped, with the latest dental technology that gave me confidence in the quality of care. I underwent a 5-session root canal treatment followed by the placement of a zirconia crown, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The procedure was smooth, efficient, and handled with precision. Big thanks to the entire team at Dental Delight for making what could have been a stressful experience feel reassuring and seamless. Went to Dental Delight for a general check up and to get my teeth cleaned. The dentists are professionally trained and all the staff were very friendly. Also the clinic uses professional equipment and takes great care of maintaining good hygiene. Probably the best dentist clinic at Vientiane. Will definitely go there again.

They’re offering services they are not trained in! The worst dentist visit of my life and probably the worst service of any kind that I’ve ever received. Veneers are an amateur nightmare, tiny pieces of composite are literally piling off of them and end up in my mouth! They’re so sharp and thick everywhere my mouth is hurting and getting stuck on them. I can’t function normally and am in need to fly out to Thailand asap to fix this and waste hundreds of dollars because of this unprofessional place. Beware! ___________ Two composite veneers were being done 2 hours and I had to ask several times to change the shape because it was straight up uneven and the dentist didn’t even see it. I asked for a little bit longer shape and I got extremely long, shockingly terrible Dracula veneers that the dentist kept drilling down after telling them to in several attempts to make them even remotely ok. A competent dentist knows composite veneers should not be longer than natural teeth more than 1-1.5mm, otherwise they’re very prone to breaking. Despite that the first attempt was several mm! I was shocked when I looked in the mirror. I thought I was being pranked. Not once in my life a visit to get veneers or to any dentist whatsoever before was that bad. This is the first time I had to lead the dentist to make a decent shape. They’re also straight as hell, not profiled like real teeth at all. They’re thick and instead of being newly smooth they’re rough like they weren’t polished. I told the dentist they’re not smooth and rough to the tongue and and asked her to polish them like every dentist in the world does and she kept looking at me as if I had a cactus on my head! My one old veneer that thankfully I didn’t touch is smooth and thin and beautiful and the new ones are just shockingly terrible. They’re also uneven when you look from the sides, up and down. The edges instead of being nice are think are bulky and uneven a d sharp. They’re thicker than the rest of the teeth! I am terrified if the dentist didn’t ruin my enamel as well. They said they don’t touch it but they also said they provide professional veneer service and that was not true. The most stressful and terrible visit I’ve ever head anywhere in the world. I was so tired and I knew it was going bad I was almost shaking on the chair by the end of that ordeal. Eventually I gave up and just said we can leave it at that because by that point I knew they’re unable to provide a professional service. If they can’t make a decent work in TWO HOURS they won’t ever. Just lack of basic knowledge and skill. I’m now left praying my teeth are not ruined and going to Thailand to an actual professional to fix this mess. There were a few pints where the procedure hurt me and I have teeth sensitivity after which didn’t happen before with veneers so I’m really scared. The only redeeming point is the dentist offered to adjust the veneers on the next visit which is nice I guess but unfortunately a nice gesture doesn’t at all make up for such a terrible and stressful outcome. Unfortunately she could spend days trying to adjust and she could never. This is not a game, please DO NOT offer services you’re not experienced in. Poor patients here might not even know it’s not supposed to be that bad. Providing a service without experience and skills needed for it is basically a scam, if it was another country I’d honestly consider going to court for compensation. Lesson learned for me, I just hope there isn’t a lifelong price to pay. I wish I could turn back time and just fly out to Bangkok.

I haven't slept for three days. A terrible toothache. I searched on Google for a clinic with state-of-the-art equipment and someone who spoke English. I read reviews of several clinics and chose Dental Delight. It was 11:30 PM, and I decided to explain my problem; I definitely needed a tooth extraction. I wanted it done the next morning or sometime that day. I messaged them on WhatsApp, and five minutes later they offered me an appointment for 11:30 the following morning. The clinic was very clean. Everything looked brand new. I was offered coffee and biscuits while I waited. The x-ray (two, because I asked them to examine another area), the mini-examination before the extraction, the extraction itself, the medication, and the self-dissolving stitches—all at a very affordable price. I would have paid three times as much in Canada, if not more... I didn't feel a thing; it was all very gentle. An hour later, I was out. The staff was very kind. I highly recommend this clinic. The whole team is very kind and organized, and they make you feel comfortable right away. The doctor is patient and honest, and she takes the time to explain everything clearly. Even though the procedure I went in for ended up being more complicated than expected, she guided me professionally and helped me choose the best option for my case. They also provide a very complete post-surgery care kit at the end, which really shows how much they care about their patients’ recovery. I definitely recommend this clinic! 🇨🇴💛

Dr. Saysavath and her staff are an excellent team. I arrived at the clinic a little apprehensive due to other bad experiences I'd had in Asia.. but finding this clinic was definitely the best decision. I explained my case to the dr she understood, and she gave me a fantastic option to continue my orthodontic treatment. I'm more than satisfied because she did an excellent, thorough, and honest job. The price was very reasonable for the entire treatment she provided. She's a very professional person, so I would definitely return to Dr. Saysavath and her clinic. 10/10 experience !!
