I've been going to this clinic for dental cleanings and tooth extractions for a year and a half now, and I've had very good results, as have my family members. The service we've received is very comprehensive, and they also have modern, high-quality furnishings.
i’ve been to other dentists in juarez and this dentist is the only one that made me feel comfortable while getting my teeth done. Very professional and caring while doing a procedure.

Dr. Octavio Cortes was extremely professional and explained exactly what he was about to do before each procedure. In my opinion, Clínica Da Vinci is a great office, especially its dentist. Dr. Octavio has been treating me for my braces for 3 years and I have never had any problems. 10/10
Dr. Victor is amazing!!! He gave me back the confidence and smile that I lost throughout the years. His work and perfectionism is of the highest quality. He's done more than any other dentists I've been to in the U.S. The work he performed for each of my teeth (multiple implants, crowns, etc) would have costs me over $40,000. Dr. Cortes provided excellent warmth and attention; it's clear he is a highly qualified individual and stays at the forefront of his field.
Exactly the same thing happened with my mom, he charged her 10,000 dlls to do her teeth, put implants on her and they all told us that we had to pay the money as soon as the job was finished and it was not like that, they asked us for the money before what was agreed. in pain for months and the doctor has not finished anything, he asked her for more money saying that they have to pay more to the laboratory since He was paid everything he asked for and it was his mistake that he gave the wrong size of my mom's teeth and even so he wants more money. I do not recommend them at all they should close that place.Also my mom would hear that the tools fell on the floor and he wouldn't clean any of the tools and proceed to put it inside my mother's mouth. He even had the cleaning lady helping him as his assistant, they are very irresponsible and very unpunctual. My mother has lost feeling in her mouth, gets headaches every day, and has a lot of trouble eating. The same thing happened with my mom. They charged her $10,000 to do her teeth, put in implants, and everything. They told us we had to pay in installments as the work was completed, but that wasn't the case. They asked for the money before we agreed on it. Both Dr. Victor and his girlfriend Adriana treat patients very badly and have a terrible attitude. My mom has been in pain for months, and the doctor hasn't finished anything. He asked for more money, saying we had to pay the lab more, even though we paid him everything he asked for. It was his mistake; he took the wrong measurements for my mom's teeth, and he still wants more money. I don't recommend them at all; they should shut that place down. My mom has now lost feeling in her lips, and she has constant headaches. The doctor was supposed to talk to her, but he never called. He's very irresponsible.
Horrible Dental work. Don’t waist your Money After the horrible work they never answer my calls. Try talking to Dentist he was always with a patient. Said he call me back n never did. Try going several times in person. didn’t want to open door.
The One dental implant came out and the other Crown is loose. They refuse to fix their bad work. When I asked for my records to take to another Dentist they were VERY rude and refused to give me my records. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Very kind for 24-hour emergencies, they respond immediately and arrive quickly. Excellent service, I recommend them 100%. Very professional, they explain things in detail.

I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone. I originally called to schedule an appointment because I had a terrible toothache and couldn't stand the pain. I started my journey to Ciudad Juárez from Lubbock, Texas, and texted Adriana, the assistant, to let her know. This dental practice is open 24 hours for emergencies. at night. I arrived at the clinic around 11:30 p.m., where Adriana and the dentist were already waiting. The check-in process was quick, and the dentist came to talk to me about my situation. I ended up having my wisdom tooth extracted and a root canal. My trip was just a one-day round trip, so the dentist was able to complete the root canal there. The dentist was very good at explaining what he was going to do and checked in every few minutes to see if I was okay. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I was nervous about having my wisdom tooth extracted, as my husband had a bad experience with a different dentist elsewhere and felt everything. I didn't feel a thing. Before I knew it, the tooth was out. We finished around 3 a.m. and got a prescription for medication, which we were able to get from Similares Pharmacy, which is open 24 hours. Later that day, Adriana made sure to text me to check on me and even called because I hadn't answered and she was worried. I contacted her and thanked her for her care. This has to be the best dental experience I've ever had. Adriana is truly such a lovely and wonderful lady, and the dentist was the best. I can't thank them enough for staying up so late to see me and help me after a long and busy day at work. I highly recommend this place to anyone for all their dental needs. I will definitely be coming here from now on.

Very friendly staff and it was very clean. I came in to get two root canals and a dental bridge and it came out great. The dentist and his assistant explained the entire process to me so I would be able to understand what was going on at all times. I would highly recommend getting dental work done here!
