I have been a patient of Dr. Stoycheva for over 10 years. So far I have not had any problems of any kind. A good specialist. He always explains in detail what procedure needs to be done and leaves the decision to the patient.
I never thought there could be such a difference in the making and fitting of dentures. After poor quality dentures from another dentist, I looked 20 years older with a drooping mouth and very depressed. I visited Dr. Stoycheva for a second opinion. Hasty tooth extraction leads to major deformations of the facial bones, so it should only be allowed in exceptional cases and when treatment is impossible. In cases of total edentulism, the prosthesis must restore the proportions that existed in the natural dentition before the teeth were extracted - only then can the old face with a wrinkled and drooping mouth be avoided. The construction must be thoughtfully designed by the dentist and weighed through knowledge and experience. Dr. Stoycheva made me "Thermoses" dentures and now everything is fine. The dentures are very comfortable, soft and light. Sometimes I even forget that I am wearing them. Thanks to Dr. Stoycheva, I can smile and eat normally again. Once again, a heartfelt THANK YOU!!!
I am outraged by the negative review. She copied from various so-called "guides" the nonsense written about other dentists, even with the same spelling error. It is impossible for Dr. Stoycheva to miss a canal, because she works with a special canal motor, under magnification. prosthesis partially broke - the base was made in Sofia and it was she who broke. The doctor took over the making of a new one entirely at her own expense (the price significantly exceeds the average worker's salary). I have had no complaints for several months now. I am sincerely surprised by some of the negative reviews here! Excellent, kind and responsive specialist! The same applies to her team! In so many visits, I have not heard any arguments with patients or anyone complaining "under their breath" about her! Good luck Doctor!!! :)))
20 years ago I visited Dr. Stoycheva, the filling he put on me is still in place in my mouth. An exceptional professional! He fought until the last to treat and save a tooth, instead of rushing to extract it, as most dentists find easier!

asleep. The lady decided that she needed to fill the nerve canals and seal the tooth at once, connecting my teeth with the filling so that food would not get in. She told me that she suspected a cracked crown on the tooth and, if I felt pain, to call her immediately. I might need a crown. My nightmare started on the evening of 08/14. I started to hurt in addition to the filled and glued tooth. The next day I went to a DENTIST who separated my teeth, but the pain did not stop there. After enduring terrible pain on 19.08 it was found that Mrs. Stoycheva, you see, had forgotten to fill one of the nerve canals. Now I just pray that the bone will stop hurting me and this nightmare will end.

Response from the owner Edited 7 years agoDear patients, the comment is incorrect and the assessment is unfair. Please judge for yourself by reviewing my answer. She claims that she visited the office with caries. It is not true. She visited the office urgently with severe pain due to acute total pulpitis, not caries, and the diagnosis was recorded in an outpatient form signed by her. At the next visit, the tooth was devitalized and processed without any complaints. At her appointment to complete the tooth on July 23rd according to the schedule for scheduled visits, she did not show up. Instead, she scheduled an appointment for August 6th, when she did not show up again. She called on August 14th in the morning - one month after the first visit, at which the first possible appointment was offered for August 16th. At her insistence that the tooth be completed on the same day - the 14th, she was accepted despite the busy hours. It was done without any complaints, and she was warned about possible complications, circumstances also recorded and signed by her. In case of pain after filling the canals and filling, it is normal for the patient to urgently seek out the dentist who treated the tooth again. Zhenya did not do this and not a single call was registered from her phone in the period 14-19 August. Naturally, immediately, on the same day 14, we would have accepted her and fixed the problem. Since we were not contacted even once when the complaints arose, whether the filling was stuck or not, or the canal was not filled, are now the talk, actions and responsibility of the next dentist.
