I am a man of about 50 years old and I had despaired of dentists willing to pull out my teeth. Dr. Stoycheva stabilized and restored with a large bridge, not a prosthesis. Please accept my sincere thanks.

I made a very difficult decision, on the verge of minimally invasive dentistry /that is, without implants, without tooth extraction, without removing their nerves/. I was guided by the principle that even the remaining roots of the teeth, if they are healthy, constitute a bone-holding apparatus for the facial bones and prevent their deformation. Therefore, we made a fixed structure from high-quality metal ceramics - a huge bridge, which we cemented onto the few remaining teeth. In recent years, many dentists have turned to placing implants, or even removable dentures, after mass tooth extractions, including those subject to treatment. Therefore, I emphasize again that preserving teeth should be the main goal, because even if shaken, with appropriate treatment and splinting they can serve for years to come, without carrying the specific risks of implants, or creating the problems that removable dentures create.
