Top! Filomena was my go-to from start to finish. Always there, kind, and reassuring! Lory was equally fantastic, no matter what the problem, and she was also a constant source of reassurance! third for the check-up, for the implant, for the next check-up, for the temporary, for the try-in of the permanent, for the permanent, and so on. 5, 6, 7 appointments for an implant with a crown. And after one, I needed another, then I had to have three, a bridge, another... After the second implant, I couldn't take it anymore and gave up. Then, after a few years, I felt the need to get myself permanently fixed, and so I started hearing about Albania, about the organized clinics that can do everything in a few days. Is that true? Last August, I started researching. I went online, Google Maps, and searched for dental clinics in Tirana, and dozens of them came up. Hesitant and meticulous as I am, I began to choose a few, contacting them via email, sending overviews to all of them, and asking for quotes. I had 6-7 contacts, different solutions, and quotes, but in the end, the one that had convinced me the most was DCA, Dental Center Albania. Not so much for the estimated cost, but for how they had analyzed my needs, for the solutions they had proposed; in short, they had convinced me even though the quote was among the highest. So I decided to go in October. From that day, I was taken care of by one of their consultants who spoke excellent Italian. She was very friendly and assisted me every step of the way, from purchasing the plane tickets before departure, to arriving at the airport, to transportation to the clinic, to checking in, to handing over my accommodations. On the same day I arrived, after the 3D X-ray and the interview with Dr. Lionel, I was offered a different and more demanding procedure that couldn't be easily understood from the panoramic scan alone. Initially hesitant, I was completely convinced, and today I'm grateful for that day I trusted him. I couldn't have made a better choice, especially the choice of the latest-generation Matrix implants. They started the work right away that afternoon, performing five extractions and six implants, all perfectly. The next day, the check-up was followed by the 3D scan. On the 3rd day, another check-up, and on the 4th day—unbelievably—I already had eight temporary restorations! 7 months have passed without any problems, and I returned this week to finish the work. Same routine: welcome, airport transfer, accommodation, and immediate clinic visit, 3D X-ray, 3D scan, final fitting, check-up, and on the 4th day, the work was finished, everything 100% perfect. My greatest satisfaction was having started and completed everything in just two short days, without the stress of dozens and dozens of appointments, in the relaxation of a stay abroad, in a city like Tirana, in a country like Albania, where we have so much to learn. Thank you, but above all, thank you to this clinic, where they assisted me, cared for me, and met my every need with kindness, humanity, and professionalism. I would especially like to thank Dr. Lionel, Miss Lori at the reception desk, who was always friendly and thorough, the excellent Dr. Klodi who assisted me with the final work, and all the assistants, including the lab. Everyone was excellent, professional, and very friendly. It was a unique experience, thank you so much DCA!!!
