I feel sorry for the smaller clinics and dentists professionally, but having given the opportunity several times in my life to other dentists in Albania, Greece, Sweden and England, I no longer wanted to do any more experiments. They have saved my father, mother and brother from all their dental problems. Me too. At this moment of writing, I am waiting to place 3 implants. I had a great experience getting my wisdom teeth removed plus a cleaning and whitening done by a lovely hygienist . The extractions were quick and painless, and the cleaning and whitening left my teeth looking amazing! Everyone was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. You first came to us in 2023 and completed your treatment in 2024, during which absolutely clean and highly professional work was done. You had an infection both upper and lower, and our surgeon removed the old implant, cleaned the infection, and also extracted tooth 26 due to the infection and the impossibility of its retreatment. Mr. Alexander, you chose to have full zirconium material, which is the best available, and you received excellent service. We are distributors of all dental products and have our own laboratory since 2005, so we do not find it reasonable that you compare us with Turkey or any other European country. If you choose to work with the best products in the world and with professionals in this field, then you must pay for the service you receive. of the workmanship and products is top-notch, and the staff is young (they speak fluent Italian), knowledgeable, and empathetic. We always felt very at ease, even though all the work involved in a week-long full-immersion program is psychologically and financially demanding. For those who have the option (it's not the cheapest clinic), it's highly recommended!

performed two dental CT scans and two 3D scanners as an initial check-up and evaluation of the new implants. The team consisted of two to three operators at a time. From the beginning, I was supported, both before and during my stay in Tirana, by an Italian tutor, *Leonarda*. A special mention goes to her: she managed the admission process, guided me through the development of dental treatments, gave me tips for my stay, and accompanied me on some outings around the city, demonstrating commitment, professionalism, and the right light-heartedness that helps in dealing with a condition that can generate anxiety, insecurity, and fear. Hygiene and sanitation standards seemed good to me, as did the patient care aspect, providing an all-inclusive package, from airport transfers to a complimentary stay for two in one of their rooms, to a welcome/farewell dinner at a restaurant on the shores of Lake Tirana. Dental treatment schedules and times were respected, and telephone assessments to remind appointments and assess post-procedure conditions demonstrated the care and concern for the patient. In short, a truly substantial offering, which is generally lacking in Italy, both in the public and private sectors. Costs are effectively reduced by at least 50% compared to other countries. I advise the DCA management to pay more attention to the presentation of all this quantity and quality offered: for example, written communications in Italian are rather naive, with inappropriate terms used and lexical errors. This could generate a sense of superficiality in an Italian speaker's mind and lead them to choose less. I'll have to come back in 6 months for the "final" ones and I'll finish my review.
Terrible experience. The blonde receptionist with wavy hair on the second floor treats patients badly, responding aggressively, and wouldn't give me an invoice. I had to insist several times to get it. It's incredible how in a clinic where 95% of the patients are Italian, no one speaks Italian well; in fact, they barely speak it, let alone English, which they don't know. They made me waste two…

In fact, if I hadn't gone to the clinic to inquire, I probably would have wasted more time and money wandering around Tirana. They completely forgot about me as a patient. When I pointed out that this isn't how you treat patients who take two flights to come here, they blamed me, saying that they were actually clear with me when I was completely abandoned and forgotten in a foreign country. Never again Update: Following my review, they first responded disrespectfully and rudely, as you can see in the attachment. It was later deleted and then edited with the more polite but obviously false response you see below, to protect their image. Luckily, I saved everything and am sharing it with you so that no patient experiences the same thing that unfortunately happened to me. In the response, you can see the poor level of Italian I rightly pointed out in my first review; in fact, I can barely understand anything. Furthermore, everything written in their response to me is completely false. Furthermore, they force patients to leave only positive reviews; negative ones are rare because they threaten patients who aren't satisfied instead of apologizing. As you can see, I've gone from being a "black-hearted old lady" to a "very kind" one now? You're truly ridiculous. I'd also like to add that after this review, after their shocking response, as you can see in the attachments, the clinic called me to tell me that "I didn't behave properly" and threatened to remove my previous review or I'd have to pay for the hotel, which, I emphasize, is included in the clinic's services, solely and exclusively because of my previous review, which I continue to confirm, and which you also confirmed with your impolite manners. Furthermore, the phrase "we don't feel sorry for ungrateful patients like you," which you can see in the attached photos, gives you an idea of the professionalism of this clinic, which should put its patients first. To conclude once and for all, accommodation, travel, and assistance are INCLUDED in the clinic's services, so for you to now reproach me for what you should be doing is truly embarrassing. And I'll continue to smile, thankfully, not thanks to you 🙏🏻🫶🏻

Patient safety is always our priority, and therefore we recommended consulting with suitable hospital facilities. During your initial visit, the doctor clearly informed you that dental treatment was not possible. We apologize for any misunderstanding. Our staff is dedicated to providing you with comprehensive assistance during your stay in Albania, including free accommodations, transfers, and meals, in an effort to make your experience as comfortable as possible. Our staff, specialized in assisting international patients, speaks fluent Italian and English. We also have three Italian employees at our clinic. We issued you a regular invoice as required by Albanian law. To obtain the invoice in Italian, you must request a translation and notarization, as required by current legislation, for it to be valid in Italy. This takes time and incurs a fee for notary fees. We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the invoice translation, but we must comply with tax regulations.
