Škaričić, who told me that he himself does not place fillings and that it is done exclusively by his team. In the end, if the pain does not go away, I should come back again. Unfortunately, I did not get the impression that there is real care for the patient or responsibility for previously performed procedures, and both times the services were properly charged. In the end, I had to resolve the problem at another office. It's a shame, because I initially had a very positive opinion, but after this experience, unfortunately, I can no longer recommend it. I had one of the most traumatic dental experiences of my life at this clinic. I came in for an emergency appointment, one week after a surgical tooth extraction (tooth #36, lower left molar) that I had done abroad. I was still in constant, unbearable pain, and needed help to evaluate the healing process and relieve the discomfort. Ironically, the actual extraction a week earlier was far less…

ss painful or distressing than what happened here. The doctor forcefully opened my mouth with both hands, gave multiple injections (5) in an incredibly painful and careless manner, and handled the wound aggressively — as if scrubbing a toilet, no exaggeration. I asked several times, “More gentle, please”, but was ignored and even told that I was just “too sensitive.” To make things worse, both the doctor and assistant laughed during the procedure, while I was crying and visibly shaking in the chair. I left the clinic in tears, physically trembling, and emotionally devastated. While a new membrane was placed and stitches were added, the manner in which this was done was unacceptable and inhumane. Paying 120 euros for this experience only added to the shock. No patient deserves to be treated this way — ever.
