On 07.03.2024 I made an appointment by phone at the Mostarac Dental Clinic in Zagreb. I immediately said that I had my fresh Ortopan I 3d scans. The appointment was scheduled for 12:00, but I still waited until 13:15. I must say that the lady at the reception was very kind and apologized for the delay of Dr. Mostarac, who was busy with a patient on the upper floor. But honestly, I didn't expect to…

wait longer than an hour. Finally, Dr. Mostarac appeared and apologized for the wait and called me into the office. The scan of my Ortopan was already on the monitor display. He only briefly looked at Ortopan and started talking about the way he works, which he presented on the monitor, as his assistant scrolled through it with the keyboard. It was starting to get a little tiring for me, so I tried asking Dr. Mostar was thrown off balance because he wanted to continue with his monologue, which I did not allow because I was interested in the state of my teeth and concrete things. He then told me why I am afraid of radiation, that is. why didn't I take an x-ray with him? I said I already have it. Then he said that he only reads recordings that are made in his laboratory and that costs €110. Then I said why wouldn't he read the 3D recording that I brought, he said he could, but the reading would cost €110. Of course, I didn't agree to someone calling me an imbecile. He even told me before that he does his job for "love" and not for "money". He went on to tell me that I could have made an appointment with him before paying an advance of €200, which included the interview and x-ray. However, I had to pay €70 for that interview in the end. Conclusion: a very irritating and narcissistic character who does not listen to the patient and his wishes, who constantly brags about his abilities, who says that he is more expensive than the doctors who work in his office because he is more dedicated and of higher quality, which then indicates that he humiliates his staff. To summarize: Dr. Mostarca and his clinic should be avoided by all means, because there are much better clinics in Zagreb that offer solutions in correlation with the needs and wishes of patients, and all for free at the first examination, taking into account the scans that you bring with you, as I have seen for myself.

The doctor had to repair what had already been done (which not everyone is ready for, especially when it comes to implants). Although it was not easy (at least for me), it was a great relief that I could entrust myself with full confidence because every problem, even unexpected ones, was immediately solved thanks to the well-equipped office. I must also praise the doctor's attention to every detail. From the beautifully decorated office to the selection of a team that is not only friendly but also very competent in every aspect of the job. All my friends, relatives, etc. that I have sent there share my opinion and I can only recommend it to everyone else, have a first consultation and decide for yourself. I am satisfied and happy with my teeth and I will definitely visit the office regularly (for check-ups, cleanings...) because, as I see, that is also a segment that is taken care of. almost lost hope that anyone could help me, until the beginning of this year when I went to Dental Center Mostarac. What I experienced with them I have not experienced anywhere else. A wonderful experience at last. Doctor Mostarac warmly welcomed me and explained my problem in detail. With so much effort, time, calmness and patience, and especially because I clearly saw that he cared about doing his best to cure every problem I had, and believe me, there were many of them. No one, absolutely no one, has done for me what Doctor Mostarac has done. After the experiences of other doctors who persistently tell you that there is no salvation for this, it is periodontal disease and nothing can be done about it!!!!! YOU CAN, believe me. Doctor Mostarac did a miracle with my gums and in general with the appearance of all my teeth. He cured my periodontal disease. Thank you sooooo much. I could write a lot about what he did EXCELLENTLY without a single mistake and with great precision, but it would take me a few pages to do that. My advice to you is from the bottom of my heart: don't regret a single cent because it's worth it. I've spent a lot of money in vain and over and over again. After many years, when a doctor tells you that your gums are healthy, it's that feeling when you want to cry with happiness because others have convinced you that it's not possible. The Mostar Center impressed me with its professionalism and service. I live in Switzerland and in just three visits I managed to achieve my wish of having perfect teeth. After the procedure I have absolutely no problems and I am very satisfied with the final result. I enjoy laughter and joy, which was not completely there before.

Been going here for two years while I lived in zagreb, super professional, evening appointments available which is a big help around work schedule.
