I absolutely recommend Doctor Ivan and the entire team. Professional, fast and efficient. After he successfully saved my root so I didn't have to have surgery, we replaced 2 crowns and 2 veneers. All done in just a few visits! Very very satisfied! p.s. I'm terrified of dentists! 😀

I decided to come because I saw only positive reviews, but I wasn't impressed. The reception and assistants are great, but the doctor is unprofessional. When I entered the office, the doctor immediately asked me for an X-ray of my teeth. Luckily, I had a picture on my phone, but no one told me to take an X-ray before the appointment. accompanied by the question "and what is your problem?" Do you write down what each patient comes to you for? Some basic information? I wanted braces only on the lower jaw, the doctor said he couldn't, it has to be on both. I would have explained better, but the doctor didn't really want to listen, he just kept repeating that it has to be on both jaws. After a 3-second long examination, he sat down on a chair and turned his back on me, quite uninterested, and looked at me from the side and seemed to be talking to me while I stood behind him like a stump. Conversations with patients are usually conducted face to face, which shows not only respect but also that you value the patient. This was very unprofessional and I felt really uncomfortable. I was even open to other suggestions and solutions, but after all this and even if I have to have braces on both jaws, I'll go to someone else.

Dear, For the sake of accurate information, I consider it necessary to present the following facts regarding your first examination. Before coming to the office, you explicitly asked about the possibility of orthodontic therapy on one jaw. It was clearly explained to you in writing that orthodontic therapy is performed on both jaws due to the correct intermaxillary relationship, and that the first examination, expert opinion and development of a treatment plan are free of charge. During the examination, certain existing dental circumstances were identified that were not known before the examination, and which needed to be taken into account when considering orthodontic therapy. In accordance with the rules of the profession, it was explained to you that the implementation of orthodontic therapy in such a case could require additional procedures after the completion of the therapy in order to achieve a functionally and aesthetically correct result. X-ray diagnostics are an integral part of any responsible assessment. During the examination, you were asked whether you had an existing X-ray; if you did not have one, the recording could be performed on site without difficulty. All recommendations were made solely on the basis of clinical findings and expert assessment. The allegations of unprofessionalism and the description of the examination process presented in the review do not correspond to the actual way our practice works.
