professional took care of my problem within 30min and my tooth was out. Except the tiny local anesthesia needle, I felt no pain or any discomfort and her assistant reassured me throughout the procedure. Within next 24 hours, I was totally normal eating any food I wished. Cost wise, it was 10% of what it would have costed me in USA. I am a practicing cardiologist in USA and I am so grateful to the entire staff and specially to my dentist who saved our trip and lots of pain and suffering and dollars. Thank you very much. Dental visits are almost never a pleasant one but this was truly a wonderful experience.
Besides me, my child has also been using B. Denta's services since a very young age. I am very satisfied with the approach and my child goes to check-ups without any fear. Very friendly staff and quality service.

Big disappointment. If I could I would give 0. God forbid anyone to come as a HZZO patient. I don't know why they have a contract with HZZO. Due to a long-term sick leave I was not able to have a crown placed. The tooth cracked at 9 months old, I came and begged them to fix it so that it could be saved, however, even though I explained my situation, they did not repair the tooth, they did not even…

smooth the part that was cutting my cheek. The tooth was otherwise poorly treated and the dentist at the Dr clinic whom I asked for a second opinion said that the tooth was very poorly treated, and it was treated at B Dent. In 2 months the tooth still cracked and in consultation with 2 dentists (second opinion) the tooth could have been saved if something had been done in 9/10 months, and not if they insisted on selling crowns even for teeth where they didn't need them. Because the goal was to sell crowns, not help save the tooth. However, the doctor at BDent said extraction and sent me to Perkovčeva. She didn't pull the tooth out herself, and as a dentist with a HZZO contract, it was necessary and the doctor at Perkovčeva wondered why extraction when it could still be saved and why my doctor didn't do it. Not to mention the feeling of misery in the office. Either crown or nothing, and that's even for teeth that are under a new crown. And the price of crowns is more expensive than in elite dental offices that offer a 20% discount. It's nice when you come with money and the problem is solved, but sometimes life puts us in situations where this is temporarily not possible. And I think that if a dentist wants to, he can save the tooth temporarily, there are methods, or at least try, and not that he is a trader and then a dentist. And it's sad that the nurse, not the doctor, has the main say. The tooth could have been saved in 9 months. That's the expert opinion of 2 dentists, but it wasn't because it was traded. And the worst thing is that the damaged tooth scratched the inside of my cheek, even that couldn't be solved. I already came to the dentist with the wound to sand down my crack so it wouldn't hurt. And no matter how you justify it, it won't work because I have the opinion of two dentists and a surgeon. And I don't know why you are a dentist through HZZO and then just be a private person and that's it. The application follows, so let the controllers decide who is right The bill for the service in 9/10 was not issued to me. Even the doctors who represent the office have their own patients. I believe that Dr. Jelena had time to try something. Mostly horror They finished off my tooth because of the help they didn't give me in 9/10 months. And the fact that they let me have the tip of the chipped tooth scratching the inside of my cheek and causing a wound is the bottom and speaks volumes about what they are. It wouldn't have cost them anything to have sanded that part down a bit like a doctor. But if there's no trade, there's nothing.
After several visits and extensive work carried out by B Dent, I can fully recommend this clinic. The whole team are thoroughly professional and I am thrilled with the results. finally eat properly and enjoy food again. The clinic is immaculately clean and very well presented. The service provided for long distance patients is further boosted with personalised travel arrangements to and from the clinic. I look forward to this being my dedicated dentist for future check ups and maintainance of good oral health.
This was my first time visiting them. They are kind and thorough, explain everything and the prices are ok. From now on, they will be my permanent office for anything I need done to my teeth.
