Dr. Alejandro Sánchez is a great dentist, he communicates with me during every step of a procedure, making sure I’m okay and not in too much pain. Dr. Sanchez makes sure I’m comfortable and relaxed without pain. Good communicator. I highly recommend!!

Hello Kate I'm sorry we couldn't assist you in the way you expected. By law, as a private dental practice, we are required to retain our patients' medical records for a minimum of 5 years. In your case, this period has already expired, and for this reason, your physical medical record was purged from our system. This doesn't mean there's no way to know your implant information. Calculating the date of placement and evaluating an x-ray is often possible, as we internally keep a record of the brand and line of implants by year. I invite you to contact me to schedule an appointment and see if this step offers a solution. The consultation, like anywhere else, has a fee, and the costs of the x-rays and/or necessary studies are added to this fee. However, considering your case, I'd be happy to charge you free of charge.
