Very happy with Dr Andres Lopez and Dental Alvarez in general. They are very patient with their patients and deliver excellent service. Dr Andres has given me a beautiful smile!
My coworkers recommended Dental Alvarez in Tijuana. Dr Luis Lopez Garcia did an excellent job replacing my front upper 4 tooth bridge, restoring the existing teeth, and matching the new bridge to my smile. Thanks! Great people with caring hearts. My autistic son required extensive dental work and the team at Dental Alvarez provided excellent care over 5-6 days with my son actually not requiring anesthesia the last 3 visits. He actually requested no anesthesia and instead took the numbing shots and he hates needles. They did an excellent job and he was actually smiling afterwards. Highly recommend…

Scammers and/or not transparent. They quoted my wife $60usd for a simple revision for our daughter that they said included panoramic X-rays. We have the email proof. They ended up charging us $160. An extra $100 for an extra scan they did without consulting us. Unfortunately my wife had a crying 4 year old to deal with and couldn’t dispute it in the moment. Terrible experience.

Received a recommendation for this place from a friend. If you want affordable quality dental work in Tijuana Mexico, this is the place. My wife had full mouth implants, uppers and lowers and surgery, and I had major work also. Hilda was awesome. I deal with a bad gag reflex, and feared going to the dentist, she made it a great experience and worked with me.I can’t say enough how great this place is.

Dentists were great. Communication was horrible. They said they took my insurance but didn't tell me the insurance covered only 20% until I was half way through the process and I had to walk out. Scams similar to U.S dentistry!

I love coming here! We park at the border or take the trolley to SAn Ysidro. They pick us up as soon as we cross. The office is clean and smells nice. d parking made it easy. Be aware that there are only 5 spaces so street parking is necessary of the lot is full. Next time I will take advantage of their free shuttle from the border to see what that’s like. The office is very clean, equipment is brand new and way more high tech than any dentist I’ve worked with in the US. Everyone who works there is friendly and professional. My appointment was at 10am. I was taken next door to get imaging shortly after arriving. Dr. Alex explained exactly what I needed to have done and gave me a printout clearly listing all costs. I opted to start with one filling and a crown. They got to work right away. I was given a temporary crown, booked with my follow-up appointment in two weeks and was out the door and on my home by 11:30. New patient consult, imaging, 1 crown and replacing an old filling cost me 1/4 what it would have in California. It’s an added bonus that everyone is so kind and they let me pick the music we listened to while working. Honestly, dentists in the US could learn a lot from the quality of care and technology used at Dental Alvarez. I am beyond thrilled to have found this clinic and will be coming here for all my dental work in the future!
