The clear aligner treatment here is very reasonably priced. The doctor and staff are very attentive and caring. I was very impressed with the service. I recommend coming for a consultation.
The dentist was incredibly gentle. Getting braces here wasn't as scary as I thought. I'm usually terrified of dental work, but this place made me feel at ease.
I'm very impressed with my Invisalign treatment here. The doctor created a great treatment plan, the staff were polite, and it's conveniently located with plenty of parking.

and unusable. Upon reporting the problem, the dentist stated it was a lab team error and attempted to grind and reshape the retainer on-site, trying to adjust it to fit my teeth. However, it was ultimately unusable. As a consumer, the attempt to fix it by grinding the device on-site and forcing it onto my teeth made me lose confidence in the clinic's professionalism. 2. Clarification and Responsibility When inquiring about a refund, I was told, "There is no refund policy," and they offered a clear retainer instead, assuring me it would fit. However, at that point, my consumer confidence in the quality and manufacturing standards had diminished. After the retainer was ground, I discovered the plastic on both sides was uneven. Upon inquiry, I was told it was due to the patient's anatomy, an explanation that only further upset me and increased my distrust of the clinic's services. 3. Refund Policy Issue The consumer understands the non-refundable policy, but given this situation... We did not request a full refund as we understand the shop has equipment and processing fees. However, the shop insists on a no-refund policy and tried to convince us that they use a premium-grade dental impression lab and materials, showing various packaging options. Frankly, as consumers, we cannot verify this. Previous retainers from other shops have never presented this problem. Therefore, it is not the consumer's fault that we are bearing this burden, losing both money and time, and losing trust in the product. We were even pressured into accepting a different product as a replacement. We would like to request that this case be considered as a case study to improve quality control, accountability for errors, and customer care procedures for unusable products.

I had root canal treatment and a crown placed here. Both female dentists who treated me were lovely, friendly, and gave excellent advice. The assistants were also very nice, and the staff at the counter were patient and answered my questions well. I will definitely choose to use their services again in the future.
