She's the best around here, another Tuğba teacher. Long live Tuğba teacher! I couldn't go to the dentist for 4 years because of my fear of dentists, but thanks to Tuğba teacher's meticulous and careful work, I overcame my fear (or so I hope, because fear is a part of me) and we did a root canal and filling in one sitting. I was very pleased with the treatment recommended and administered by Dr. Tuğba. She is a very patient and expert dentist. I would like to thank her very much for successfully conducting and completing my treatment. The other staff were also extremely attentive, and I was very satisfied with the hygiene of the clinic. I recommend it.
This is a center we come to regularly for our son, and he definitely doesn't want to go anywhere else. Their approach to children is professional and they are very patient. They also keep us informed about everything in detail every time. We are very satisfied, and we especially thank Dr. Ezgi.

I came to Dent Oliva on a recommendation. I had two dental veneers and three fillings done by Ms. Ezgi. All my procedures were completed quickly within 3 days, and I was very, very satisfied. I was very pleased with the quality of the work, the prices, and the friendly and sincere approach of all the staff; they work very cleanly. I especially want to thank Ms. Ezgi and the entire clinic team!! ✨
The porcelain veneers I had applied fell out very quickly. My tooth is so heavily damaged that I can't get new veneers. I've been wronged.

Hello Mr. Serkan, Your examination was performed at our clinic on May 15, 2024, and your implant procedures were carried out on May 17, 2024. All your X-ray records are available at our clinic. On September 4, 2024, only minimal adjustments were made to your previously prepared teeth, and impressions were taken. Your prostheses were bonded on September 28, 2024, and your implant-supported prostheses were delivered to you on October 7, 2024. In rare cases, "desimentation" (prosthesis coming loose) can occur with fixed prostheses. In such cases, it is important for our patients to contact our clinic without delay; because in most cases, this issue can be easily resolved in a short time. It appears that the complaint you shared was made in February 2026. If your prosthesis came loose prematurely and no dentist was consulted during this period, it is possible for the teeth to tend to extend towards the opposing jaw. This situation may have been interpreted this way by a different physician later on. We aim for the best results in all our treatments. However, such undesirable situations can rarely occur. In such cases, if you contact our clinic, we will intervene and provide a solution. Unfortunately, since you did not contact us, we did not have the opportunity to perform a procedure that could have been resolved quickly. Of course, all feedback is valuable to us. However, based only on evaluations made through social media without contacting our clinic, we do not have the chance to directly intervene in the patient's current situation. According to our records, no errors have been detected in the treatment processes applied by us. We wish you healthy days.

I definitely recommend them. I was very, very pleased with Dr. Yusuf and Ms. Ayşe. They fixed my impacted wisdom tooth, which I was dreading, in 20 minutes. I would go again if I had to.
