My daughter and I go regularly and we are always satisfied. The doctor is great, the environment is pleasant. I have nothing to complain about.
I went to dental hygiene with my son (8 years old) with Ms. Valachová and I have no words. She is SO amazing! Calm, patient, my son managed it thanks to her. Hats off to her approach and thank you thank you thank you!!!

visits. It helped me immensely as a big introvert, and I'm sure she doesn't know how much. Going to the dentist with a calm feeling was something I could never, ever imagine in my life. If you are afraid of the dentist, you won't be afraid here.
Excellent dental hygiene care with great attention to detail. However, I was charged 300 CZK for “magnifying glasses” without any prior notice. Only standard protective eyewear was used, so I’m not sure what this charge was for. I noticed it only after leaving the clinic. When I asked the receptionist via email, I was simply referred to a vague “from X CZK” price list. Charging extra without…

t informing the patient feels unethical - likely a management decision, as the hygienist herself was excellent. Always ask about the price and any additional fees before your appointment starts, so you won’t be surprised like I was. Update: After further review, the clinic acknowledged the mistake made by the hygienist and refunded the amount, which I truly appreciate. I’m leaving the original review here as a reminder not to be discouraged - and to show that similar issues can be resolved if you speak up.

within ten minutes of an absolutely painless procedure, which I also count the application of local anesthesia. Including an explanation of the subsequent procedure, the extraction itself, which was complicated due to the poor condition of the tooth root, suturing and subsequent detailed "instructions" on how to take care of it so that the healing is without complications. At the end of the procedure, I asked the nice nurse "can't it be pulled out?" With a smile on her face, she replied that I was done. The ladies at the reception are also a great support for scumbags like me, thank you. Thank you for your human and professional approach at a very high level and see you soon. DENT MEDICO isn’t my regular dental clinic—my boyfriend goes here and is very satisfied—but I had to visit once when a filling fell out. Our whole family is a long-time client of MUDr. Balážová, with whom we are extremely satisfied. We are also satisfied with all DENT MEDICA services, including reception, dental hygiene and all other services. I can recommend Dent Medico to everyone.
I was here for the first time with my 20-month-old son and I was pleasantly surprised. There is a children's corner where my son had fun while waiting, the doctor and the nurse were very nice. They played a fairy tale in the office to relax us and after a quick examination my son could choose a gift that made him happy and thus made the whole visit more pleasant. Thank you!

After first check they gave me date of first fix, which was cca 14 days after my first visit... got call from them 10 minutes before the visit, that I should go first on dental hygiene, which was total BS as I was there 3 weeks before. The doctor clearly didnt have mood or time for her work so tried to cheat me with this super unprofessional trick. Never more. BTW Prices are circa double of what…

m pediatric dentistry – nothing child-friendly, no toys, no calming environment. The examination was conducted in the style of: sit the child on your lap, hold his head firmly, which was quite stressful for both him and me. The doctor also asked me if I had any toys with me for him. Honestly – that really surprised me. I expected that in an office intended for children there would be at least some basic equipment – like rattles or stuffed animals, as we usually see at our pediatrician’s.
The treatment with MDDr. Hakoš Picková was absolutely fantastic. She and the nurse were very attentive, sensitive and communicative. I can't fault my visit with them. I can highly recommend the doctor.

Great clinic in new premises. I have been going to DENT Medica for many years and they always help, even in case of urgent pain. Thanks to the size of the clinic and the number of doctors, it is not a problem to find an early appointment and the flexibility is much higher there than in small private clinics of individual dentists, where even in case of urgent pain you have to wait 2 to 3 weeks…

Dr. Viktoria Brokešová is absolutely amazing!! Even my 10-year-old son praises her, her professional and at the same time human approach is admirable, the treatment is always done with a smile, very willingly and sensitively.
