I explained that I would contact the clinic and, since we were coming from out of town, I would call back to request an appointment between 1 PM and 2 PM. I called the clinic, and they said they could help with the time. I called the insurance company again and made a preliminary appointment. The message I received stated that the appointment was for June 1st, 2026, at 2 PM. This is unacceptable disrespect. Saying they will help and then not helping is tantamount to mocking people. I can only get an appointment 15 days in advance at a state hospital. I am very disappointed with this clinic's attitude. I condemn it.

We would like to reiterate the explanation we provided yesterday during our phone call regarding the situation you experienced. Appointments under supplementary health insurance are scheduled through the insurance company. Since insurance companies cannot directly access our clinic's appointment book, they create preliminary appointments in their system based on patient requests. Availability is then confirmed with our clinic, and once availability is confirmed, the date and time are determined by the insurance company and communicated to the insured. This process was explained to you during your call to our clinic. Therefore, the situation you experienced is related to the insurance company's appointment scheduling system, not our clinic's. For this reason, it would be more appropriate to direct your feedback to the relevant insurance company, not to our clinic. We wish you good health.
Due to persistent dental problems that had lasted for about two years, and on recommendation, we came to Dent Glory. Dr. Görkem and his team welcomed us with a professional service approach. Everyone at the staff is very friendly and explains everything thoroughly. While a similar tooth extraction at Ege University took 45 minutes, Görkem extracted it in 5 minutes without any pain, and the healing was very fast.
