Without a doubt, this is the best dental clinic in Madrid. Besides their professionalism, the staff is lovely, from the receptionist to the general manager. I've been a client for over a year. Today I went for a cleaning and was very pleased with the care. The entire staff is very friendly and always available to help. A highly recommended clinic. The kindness and treatment received from the staff is priceless. I recently was in Madrid and visited Debod Dental Clinic. The office was very modern and clean and all of the staff was very friendly. I am an american visiting and don’t speak spanish but the doctor and staff spoke english to me. I got all four wisdom teeth removed at once and had no problems or pain. I highly recommend them!

I felt the need to clarify that I wasn't "coming back," but rather finishing a treatment I had already paid for, as I wasn't going to abandon the process and lose my money. This comment struck me as unnecessary and uncomfortable, and I believe there was a lack of empathy and professionalism at that moment. I think that when a patient expresses discomfort, they should feel heard and respected, not judged. Therefore, although some aspects were positive, my overall experience wasn't as satisfactory as I had hoped. That's why I wouldn't return or recommend it.

During the alignment process, an unexpected complication arose: a bridge broke, and two implants and two crowns had to be restored. They also detected gum recession caused by my habit of brushing too hard, which exposed the roots of several molars. They recommended a gum graft, which they ultimately performed, and the result has been perfect. I want to mention the team: - Dr. Víctor, the orthodontist who oversaw the dental alignment with impeccable follow-up. - Dr. César, the prosthodontist and oral rehabilitation specialist who restored my crowns and incisors and placed the porcelain crowns. I was terrified of having my incisors touched, fearing they would look artificial or that the bone would be damaged. César explained absolutely everything to me with patience and clarity, understood my fears, and the result has been infinitely better than I could have imagined: natural, harmonious, and beautiful. Today I smile with a confidence I never had before. - Dr. Ana Molina, the oral surgeon who performed both the implant placement and the gum graft. Despite these being delicate procedures, she was extremely careful, approachable, and professional. She explained each step to me and made everything as easy as possible, achieving an impeccable result. - Alberto, the hygienist who followed up on my teeth whitening: attentive, friendly, and very careful to ensure everything was perfect. Maika and Neyza, the hygienists who assisted the doctors throughout the entire process, were kind, careful, and very efficient. Safa and Rossana, who managed the appointments, were delightful, with a warm and personal touch that made all the difference. Beyond the technique—which is impeccable—I want to highlight the human touch, the sensitivity, the patience, and the constant care. I felt heard, understood, and supported every step of the way. Today I can say that I smile naturally, with peace of mind and confidence, and I couldn't be more grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for truly professional staff and exceptional, personalized care.
