Dear Dentist, the service is excellent. He's very friendly and makes patients feel comfortable. He actively provides information, especially when there are changes to the appointment schedule and queue, so patients don't have to wait long in the clinic.

I was planning to have a tooth extraction, but it was decided against because my blood pressure didn't meet the requirements. The fee was 250,000 Rupiah.

Hello dear, we apologize in advance for the inconvenience. It's true, as you said, that we cannot perform the tooth extraction because your blood pressure does not meet the requirements for such a procedure. And, as our doctor explained, there is a risk of bleeding if the tooth extraction is performed. Therefore, our doctor recommends that you take your high blood pressure medication regularly before the tooth extraction to avoid any unwanted risks.
Very disappointed with this clinic, i was going there for only checking the bridge price and the dentist didn’t do anything at all. I got charge with 250k while it was very short consultation. However the dentist said that she can’t do dental bridge job. Honestly I don’t know for what i paid. From myself i will never ever visit this clinic anymore because of this incident.

Hi dear, We do charge a consultation fee of 200,000 Rupiah + 50,000 Rupiah admin fee for patients without surgery, and a free consultation for patients with surgery. Regarding the bridge, our doctor has explained the procedure and its cost. However, you declined, citing what you consider the cost to be too high. Note: You can always ask the admin about the cost via WhatsApp or Instagram. Thank you.
