When I entered, there were seven staff members: some standing, some sitting, some on their phones, some chatting and laughing... But not a single person greeted me or asked what service I wanted. After waiting for a while and still receiving no response, I got up and left. I will definitely never return to a dental clinic with such terrible service.

I would like to tell my story here so that everyone knows, and think carefully before choosing a dental clinic to do it. In 2022, I went to the dentist to have 7 porcelain teeth inserted into 4 implanted roots. Because I had the implants placed elsewhere, choosing the joint was a bit difficult, I understand that. I paid 58 million for 7 porcelain teeth and implant joints. However, 2 months ago, for some unknown reason, I had inflammation in the gum area. And the inflammation lasted for nearly 2 weeks and did not go away. I went back to the dental clinic for a check-up. The dentist said that because I had 7 teeth and had 4 implants, the 4 implants were not strong enough to hold the teeth. He told me that he would now cut all the porcelain teeth and implant 3 more implants to make 7 implants and there would be 7 teeth. I replied that I had consulted the doctor, my jaw could not have 7 implants, and then he said that he would now implant 1 more implant to make 2 bridges, 1 female bridge and 1 bridge of 3. Then I told him that I also consulted the doctor, now they said the best thing is to do moon teeth (I also understand this technique). Then the doctor said, if so, let him take a CT scan of the jaw. After he finished taking the scan, he said that the specialist in Saigon said that I had bone loss so I needed to remove all the porcelain teeth and would proceed to make moon teeth for me. I agreed to remove the old porcelain teeth because I was afraid that the gingivitis would continue. He started cutting the porcelain teeth, the first step he cut I felt very numb so I raised my hand and he asked me if it hurt, I lowered my head and then he asked me why? I didn't know how to answer, the process of cutting the porcelain teeth continued without any problems. Next, I had my teeth measured and made 7 temporary teeth, made an appointment to come back in the afternoon and then answered to let them know if I agreed to do moon teeth or not, they also gave the price of 62 million for the tools and materials and the remaining 7 teeth were under warranty so they would not charge for the teeth (7-8 year warranty). When I got back to the hotel room, I felt a lot of pain in my front tooth, I looked in the mirror and saw a very deep cut (at that time the doctor cut wrongly, that's why I felt the pain at first). I decided not to do it at this dental office anymore, because from the beginning to the end the doctor tried every way to get money from me, and I think they don't really care about the patient. Think about it, if a patient has no money, they have a hard time getting money to do their teeth to improve their quality of life, and only get 58 million for 2 years, 58 million is too much money for many, many people and now they have to pay another 62 million, it's so unfair. Many people do 4 implants for 28 or 32 teeth, while I have 4 implants for 7 teeth, but the doctor said it wasn't strong enough to hold my teeth, and wanted me to add 3 more implants. From the beginning they wanted to make money, and they will find every way to make money from all patients. So I decided not to work here and share this story. To work in this profession, beyond qualifications, attitude requires ethics and conscience, love for the profession and especially love for patients to survive because they are the ones who need care and are the ones who feed the dental office. For one thing, the doctor smokes but I don't see him wash his hands because the smell of cigarettes keeps coming into my nose. In addition, the assistants are very enthusiastic and thoughtful, thank you for that. Please take the time to research many other dental offices and think carefully before deciding.

DAI NAM SAIGON: A fatal scam. Everyone, please read this to know. I had four porcelain veneers done in 2016. In 2019, one chipped and was replaced under warranty, free of charge. Two years later, another one chipped and needed replacing, but the staff said I had to replace all four because they were all in the same category. I said, "Two years ago, one broke and we replaced one. Now, if another one breaks, why can't we replace it?" They said, "We've taken X-rays and thoroughly researched it, and it's not possible." I explained this very clearly to them, and they seemed to understand. Three or four people winked and agreed to replace one for me. I left feeling quite calm, but I thought to myself, "Even if they gave it to me for free, I wouldn't take it." But you should choose your scammers wisely, you know. They still call me "sister" (a respectful term for an older woman).

I had my teeth cleaned. First, the dentist asked if I had braces, but I said no. The dentist was very careless and didn't clean thoroughly. Terrible service.
