Excellent dental clinic! I went there to have my four wisdom teeth removed, and it was done perfectly. There's a dentist who speaks English and has some knowledge of French. They are all very professional, from the dentists and nursing assistants to the reception staff.

Was due my oral Hygiene and teeth whitening, came to Thailand for a holiday and thought I’d try Cube instead. They did not disappoint. Staff looked after me real good happy with my results thank you Cube

is so painful. My tooth broke off during a filling and she just filled the tooth instead of capping it. I am back home in America now and she has cost me over $8,000 to fix the poor dental work she has done. The dentist pulled small white bits that were embedded into my gums. Apparently she left this up under both bridges and it started cutting into my gums. I have lost over 30 pounds because I can’t eat anything but soft foods. I will definitely be sending my dentist chart over to you all so that you can see the horrible work she has done to my mouth. I really want my money back. I will be filing this with the BBB as well as seeking my money back. I have proof everything.

I have been to the dentist twice in Thailand. Once in Hua Hin at "perfect smile dental clinic" and the second time in Phuket. The treatment in Hua Hin was the best I've had. t did more work on my teeth and one filling (same as in Cube clinic) it cost me around 1000 baht less at perfect smile. At Cube Dental Clinic they did a good job but the dentists felt stressed and eager to get the job over. When I had questions they, at times, didn't let me speak. I felt that at Cube dental clinic it wasn't the same caretaking of me as a client as I felt in Hua Hin. It was more expensive even though much less time had passed since I most recently had been to the dentist.

naturally caring and intuitive about my treatment, throughout my teeth inspection before preparing them for treatment. On this return visit Aug 2025 was a similar experience. The senior Dr Dentist advised me only having a full dental clean this occasion. The process took 30min with minimal discomfort. For additional information my whitening treatment done in July 2024 this process took 1.30 and my teeth still look amazingly white after 12 months. It's such a wonderful feeling looking in the mirror afterwards. The cost was affordable, not expensive like some other practices, so I was more than happy to pay. When leaving I thanked the lovely receptionist for her kind assistance. I would highly recommend 🙏🏽

After reviewing your clinical records and radiographs: • Tooth #26 showed deep caries with pulp exposure and signs of infection at the palatal root on X-ray, which is a standard indication for root canal treatment. • These findings were explained to you clearly before any procedure was performed. • You also requested restoration of tooth #36, and we placed a new filling using 3M™ composite material, a high-quality, FDA-approved product from the USA. However, the issue you later referred to involved an old filling that was not placed by our clinic. This is clearly distinguishable by the difference in material color and texture, as seen in both the X-ray and clinical photographs. Our team treated only the exposed area using new composite material, and did not modify the previous restoration, as you explicitly declined further intervention on that area during your visit. • All treatment was performed under strict sterilization and hygiene protocols. When you expressed concerns later, we issued a 50% refund (800 THB) as a gesture of goodwill, even though the treatment provided was in accordance with clinical standards. We respect your right to a second opinion. However, our diagnosis and treatment recommendations were based on X-ray evidence, clinical findings, and international treatment guidelines.
