It continues to be exceptional. I've been receiving treatment there since 2012. Extremely competent professionals.
Highly professional, especially Dr. Fernando Reyer, who provided me with excellent care.
My overall experience was not good. I had my first appointment with Dr. Michel for a broken front filling. It broke off shortly after... I didn't go back. The delay in getting a receipt or invoice is strange. I had to insist a lot. The second time I was seen by another dentist, Dr. Fernando, for a broken filling on another front tooth. another broken filling on a molar. Dr. Fernando said there was a cavity in the adjacent tooth and that he could only do it after a minor gum surgery. With an upcoming trip, he said he would do that part at my destination. So, only the broken filling, the reason for my visit to the clinic, should be done. In the end, to my surprise, he said the cavity had been eliminated and nothing else needed to be done (and the minor surgery???) I was charged for two fillings and I was happy to have everything resolved. It was last Friday. After the anesthesia wore off, I started to feel continuous pain. I sought treatment. The dentist's response via the receptionist was: That I should be seen by a dentist at the clinic to see if a root canal was necessary!!!!!! That the cavity was very deep!!! Why did she do it knowing about my upcoming trip????? And that there could be problems with the root canal??? None of this was mentioned during the consultation!!!!! In short: PAIN UNTIL TODAY, WEDNESDAY!!!!! The ordeal to get the invoice was the same. I didn't like it and I won't be back.
The best clinic I've ever been to; clean, organized, and with impeccable service. Since it's very close to the Pátio Belém Shopping Mall, you can park your car there and walk to the clinic. who, with all the patience in the world, answered all my questions and suggested I use Invisalign, which I confess I started out a little skeptical about, wondering if it would really work, and today, a year after starting, I'm impressed with the result, which exceeded my expectations. I really have nothing to complain about, a 10/10 clinic.
The service is exceptional; from the moment you enter, you are treated with care and respect. The professionals provide excellent service and quality. The offices are organized and pleasant, everything is always clean and smells nice. It's the best dental clinic in Belém!
