chance. Well, what can I say... I've started a fairly important job that I'll finish soon, but now that I'm here, I'll proceed with the entire dental work, and it doesn't matter if I have to travel. Here, I'm certain that they do what they say, and they don't do what they shouldn't. They're not trying to make money; their goal is to make people leave the clinic with two smiles: a smile on their teeth and a smile in their hearts! Both Dr. Bila and many of his staff speak excellent Italian, so we understand each other perfectly. The clinic, in addition to a medical staff of about ten people (with various specialties), also has an on-site dental laboratory staffed by several qualified dental technicians. The only flaw??? They strive for perfection; they don't settle for 99%, they strive for 100%. The facility has several rooms (about fifteen), all clean and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and technology. Despite the numerous clients who frequent the clinic, each person is treated like family, not just a number! From now on, I will only come here. IMPORTANTLY, the clinic's administrative staff is able to take care of round-trip transportation from Tirana Airport and the logistics hub just steps from the facility! What more can I say... I have new teeth and I can smile again thanks to them! They treat you like family. I had 11 implants and had many teeth removed. I never felt any pain before or after. They are true professionals! Kudos to Dr. Klodi, who with skill and professionalism solved the problem I had had for years in 5 days. The price was very low!
