This place was great!!! Got my teeth whitened they did a great job:) the office is so clean and the service is amazing.

Very good service. I'm visiting Cabo from Australia, I had a toothache which turned out that I needed an urgent root canal. They gave me an appointment the same day. Very clean, professional and reasonably priced. All staff have been very nice and welcoming during each visit throughout my process. Horrible. The crown he gave me came lose after 6 months. Now I have to pay $150 to get it re-glued every 6 months to a year because it wasn’t prepped properly. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I went to the Clinic for a consultation and was beyond belief of the cleanliness of his office.His equipment is all stat of the art and for what little i had done (molds and xrays )i would have no problem at all recommending his services.
Absolutely the best! Painless, professional, polite, prepared, punctual and a pleasure doing business with! No exaggeration. From extractions to implants, he met or exceeeded my expectations. Very high-tech and sterile setting. He’s was always ready when I arrived. I’ve never waited more than 3-4 minutes. Love my smile now.

My son lost his artificial front tooth and was leaving Cabo for Asia for three weeks. He went and saw Dr. Rivera who put in a temporary replacement in an about hour. He did a wonderful job. It was one of the most clean and modern facilities I've aver been in.
This dentist saved our vacation and his dental repair work was superior to service I would have expected to receive in the states. He came in for an emergency visit on a Saturday and did a complete rebuild on two teeth. The X-ray technology he used was advanced past what my Portland dentist has. Very professional service
I don't recommend them, their service prices are three times more expensive than in the US. A tooth extraction in Chicago costs $350. They wanted $700. This is a joke. Looking at everything in Cabo, how poor it is. Who among the locals could afford their services? In my opinion, it's theft because you're coming from the US. $$$$

The atmosphere is great. Super clean, putt putt golf and an outdoor seating area are lovely. The cleaning we received was alright. Here's where we went wrong. We went here without a treatment plan from another dentist and asked them to complete an exam. We paid for said exam, but didn't receive an exam. When a visually obvious cavity was questioned, I was told that the visually obvious HOLE in my tooth was plaque buildup and no treatment is necessary.......nevermind the acute pain that specific tooth is in. Then we received our treatment plan from them. It was ridiculously overpriced compared to other dentists in Cabo and it included teeth pulling and implants (VERY expensive). We ultimately were so unhappy with our treatment here that we patronized another local dentist here in Cabo and received FAR better treatment, a far more thorough exam and significantly better costs. I feel that Cosmetic Dental Spa is probably great if you go in wanting implants, or the like, however, do not bother going here if you want actual diagnosis or treatment plans, they will upsell you on unnecessary expensive treatments while ignoring less expensive, more necessary treatments.
