I always tried to be as flexible as possible and always spoke very kindly to her, after all, every action has a reaction, and I expected at least reciprocity in the service, at least a humanized approach. However, why we receive such poor quality and rudeness in our service, I don't know; we are paying a high price to be mistreated. I am outrageously wronged.
