Unfortunately, my experience with Conquist Odontologia was extremely negative. I had a wisdom tooth extracted without the team warning me about possible complications, such as paresthesia, or requesting more detailed exams, such as a CT scan, to assess the relationship between the teeth and nerves. sheet informing me of possible symptoms and some recommendations — nothing that mentioned prolonged numbness or throbbing pain in another part of the mouth. Soon after the surgery, I began to feel intense numbness and, days later, throbbing pain that could only be relieved with anti-inflammatory drugs. When I sought help at the clinic itself, I was informed that the pain was "normal" for the postoperative period, even after reporting the seriousness of the situation. The same dentist who did my evaluation said that it was too early to start any treatment and that the pain was normal, although the paper provided by the clinic itself stated that intense pain should last, at most, until the third day. I was prescribed the same medications I was already taking plus an injection for pain, without any real solution. Dissatisfied, I sought a specialist at another clinic. Before that, when requesting an X-ray from Conquist, I received conflicting prices: one by phone and another via WhatsApp, which only reinforced the clinic's disorganization. On the day of my return, I witnessed other patients complaining about similar problems. One of them even yelled at two dentists about a problem with the service while I was waiting for my prescription. Only after seeking help outside of Conquist was I able to get a proper diagnosis and treatment. The specialist identified that my problem was muscular and started a treatment that included laser therapy, ultrasound, and vitamin B injections, completely relieving the pain and helping with recovery. For the first time since the surgery, I was able to sleep without needing medication or injections. The pain has indeed gone away, but I'm still living with part of my mouth numb due to paresthesia (which I understand can happen, but there should be more communication before and after surgery to explain the risks and more support from the clinic in offering appropriate treatment). Conquist's attitude was disappointing, from the initial lack of preparation to the attempt to normalize my pain instead of offering genuine support. They are clearly not prepared to deal with postoperative complications. The clinic contacted me almost three weeks after the procedure, via WhatsApp, offering treatment only because they noticed my dissatisfaction. I do not recommend Conquist Odontologia.
I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by the dental clinic. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. were clearly not in my original treatment plan and, even worse, without my prior authorization. This was not only a breach of my trust but also resulted in complications that did not exist before I began treatment at the clinic. I am leaving the clinic with dental problems that are now more serious than those that led me to seek help initially. This is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of professionalism and respect for the patient. I hope you will take immediate action to resolve these issues and improve the services provided, as my experience was extremely negative, and I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who values their oral health. I will be pursuing my rights.
