Clean, the doctor gave good advice, and the price was reasonable. Although there were many Chinese people, it was still clean, and the Chinese people here were well-mannered. They also had air purifiers.
I had my wisdom tooth extracted at the dentist yesterday, and the whole process was far more comfortable than I expected! l anesthesia to every step of the extraction, he meticulously explained what to do and what I might feel, which made me feel very reassured. His technique was also very professional; I experienced almost no pain during the procedure, and even the post-operative care was explained very clearly. I feel so lucky to have met such a meticulous and caring doctor! I highly recommend him to anyone with dental needs. If you're also looking for a trustworthy dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Tsai; he'll give you peace of mind and allow you to complete your treatment with confidence! 👏🦷
We brought our child here for orthodontic treatment, and we also get our regular fillings and cleanings done here. The doctors are very professional and offer different treatment options. Dr. Cai, in particular, is fluent in Mandarin, English, and Thai, so communication is no problem!

I got my braces done here, and the price for a Mandarin-speaking doctor was double that of a local. Not only was it expensive, but the service was terrible. The doctors' schedules were arbitrary, making appointments nearly impossible. Customer service repeatedly read my messages but didn't reply, and when they did, they offered various excuses. done by a hospital director. He said the doctors at this clinic in Thailand were completely incompetent, like recent graduates. The Mandarin-speaking receptionist even talked about how amazing the doctors were, belittling other clinics. Plus, every time I went, they tried to sell me teeth cleaning, saying my teeth were dirty. But doctors back home said I couldn't get any more cleanings because they'd already been over-cleaned. Considering all these factors, this place was practically a scam.
Very clean and professional service. The new kid’s dental room is exceptional, they even have the screen on the ceiling. My kid really enjoyed. Impressive!
Very clean and service is good. Easy to find and have parking. There are dentist for children and they are able to communicate in Thai, English and Chinese.

The dental service here is excellent, and the staff are very patient.
The appointment time is meaningless at here, I had booked 2pm for my son teeth checking, but waited here for more than 1 hour still haven’t reach my turn, if the clinic doesn’t have time management or enough dentist for the reservation, why don’t just lower down the client or just go for walk-in process will do?

I've been to the clinic several times, and the assessments and treatments have been good.
It's a very clean and tidy dentist's office. The treatment is thorough and the explanations are thorough, so you can visit with peace of mind. There's also a kids' space, so it's nice to see consideration for those with small children. The staff are all kind, so visiting the clinic isn't a burden. It's a dental clinic that I would like to continue using in the future.
