I was pleasantly surprised by the differentiated service at COI - Centro Odontológico Integrado, because Dr. Grazi simply solved my complaint in a quick, effective, transparent, attentive, delicate (light touch) way, explains everything in detail, very perfectionist!! The service from them and Dr. Graziela was absolutely wonderful. I had cleanings and fillings done and just finished my root canal. She was super patient, kind, always asking if everything was okay. I didn't feel a thing, she was always welcoming and wonderful. I highly recommend her!

I highly recommend COI - Centro Odontológico Integrado. Especially Dr. Graziela Chiquim. I had a crooked bite, my mouth clicked a lot when I opened it, and I was in a lot of pain. She suggested making a mouthguard to wear at night and also performed a procedure to correct the incorrect bite. In two weeks I already felt a big difference, both in pain and in my bite. A thousand stars!

I don't recommend it. I scheduled an appointment saying it was an emergency, then they told me I had to get an x-ray because my tooth might need a root canal. I asked if they could send me some pain medication, and they said it wouldn't help at all. The receptionist told me it was my fault because I should have gone when I felt the pain. "Well, then you have to go to a 24-hour clinic that will charge you 400 reais." Like, just for the money? 0 good service, 0 humanization, left with the pain. I knew they were going to treat me like that, I should have gone to a real clinic and not wasted the whole day waiting until noon to go there. I woke up at 6 am to go. What a bad experience.

Hello! We are very sorry for what happened! We tried to be courteous to the patient, attending to her outside of regular hours because she was in pain (Saturday, December 20th, 2025 at 1 PM). When we called the patient and said good afternoon, she did not respond, nor did she answer the humanized anamnesis. It was explained that due to the time and season, the radiology labs were no longer operating and that there was one that would be operating on Monday. The dentist needed to perform tests and ask questions about the pain, and the patient didn't even let the dentist dry her tooth, and she didn't answer the questions, always doubting and insisting that it only hurt when chewing, but she wouldn't even let her breathe! Since she didn't answer the anamnesis or the questions, it is negligent to prescribe medication because we don't know the patient's medical history. To finalize the diagnosis, we need complementary exams, and she refused, leaving the radiology referral on the reception chair.
I underwent treatment with Dr. Graziela and I was very satisfied. I was quite scared at first, but she was extremely attentive, made me feel safe, and made the whole procedure smooth and painless.
