My family and I are patients at the clinic, and I have absolutely no complaints. The facilities are excellent, the service is great, and the materials are of the highest quality. The clinic lacks maintenance and resources, the bathrooms are poorly cleaned, and it needs improvement and more resources. I found it terrible.

tooth extracted urgently, and I went to the clinic to confirm this information. One dentist said she would pass my situation on to another dentist and that it wouldn't be necessary to extract the tooth, but rather to have it retreated (I asked twice for her to confirm this information). I scheduled the root canal retreatment, and the other dentist didn't even see me preliminarily to confirm if that was the treatment, as the only rush was to get the payment. When I arrived at the second dentist's office, she determined that it wouldn't be possible to retreat the tooth, but rather to have it extracted. In other words, I'm still waiting for the credit card refund so I can schedule the urgent procedure elsewhere. If they had first verified and confirmed the correct procedure and only then required payment, I would have already undergone a procedure that is causing me pain. I will not return and I do not recommend them again.

Hi Thais! We are saddened to hear that you didn't feel welcomed by our team. Although we dedicated around 90 minutes to that initial consultation to photographing and explaining your treatment with the photos. Regarding the tooth in question, we have a very conservative philosophy of trying to save teeth, as we understand how bad it is to lose them. From the tomography you brought, our root canal specialist saw that it would be possible to save this tooth. However, on the day of the consultation, when Dr. Erica removed the temporary filling, which was done at another clinic, she was able to detect a fracture that was not visible in the tomography. From that moment on, it made no sense to retreat the root canal of your tooth as this would not solve the problem. We work ethically and explained to you that the tooth was unfortunately truly lost and would need to be extracted. We processed the refund for the root canal on the same day, but the card machine takes a little while to process the refund. If we could expedite this refund, please be assured that we would. We even called the bank to see if it was possible to expedite the process, and they informed us that it's not possible, that it really takes 7 business days. Our intention is truly to help people! We perfectly understand your frustration at losing a tooth and apologize if we weren't able to make you feel as supported as you should have.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Analise and received excellent care. She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. She also taught me the correct way to brush my teeth, and I even received a toothbrush and tongue scraper as a gift. I definitely recommend her.
