I left very satisfied with the result and with the respectful and responsible way the entire situation was handled. I feel compelled to leave this comment because, just as I previously registered a negative experience, I consider it fair to acknowledge when the service is excellent and the problem is resolved in the best way. The dentist left the tooth still FULL of tartar, did a very poor cleaning, and put too much resin on the tooth, making it look rough. The resin didn't last a week, and we had to go back to fix it and for the dentist to finish the shoddy work with the tartar. HOWEVER, we had to WAIT MORE THAN 3 HOURS because the dentist interrupted the appointment to attend to a patient who arrived more than an hour after the scheduled time at the clinic. NOTE: The delay was not an emergency. There was no reason for me to be seen first and for the poor treatment we received. In other words, the clinic lacks quality in service and care. Even though the dentist who treated us was very friendly, she didn't demonstrate much technical skill in her profession. Furthermore, our treatment was private, not through our health insurance. Therefore, there is nothing that would make this clinic recommendable or suitable for your treatment. Make a better choice; this one will only cause headaches and wasted money (the resin broke AGAIN).

Conditioning is not simply "restraining" the patient: it involves a series of strategies, such as gradual approach, welcoming, adapted explanations, emotional support, and, when necessary, parental assistance to ensure the child does not get hurt during the appointment. During the appointment, we performed the handling with the participation of the father and mother and were able to carry out an evaluation and cleaning—which, within the context, is a very positive result. At the end, we explained that, in subsequent sessions, the fee for advanced conditioning would be charged, as this type of care requires more clinical time, preparation, specialized technique, and a trained team. We understand that this information may have caused discomfort, but in situations like this, our options are truly limited, as the absolute priority is always the child's safety. We reiterate that our team, especially Dr. Raissa, is highly trained and dedicated to the care of neurodivergent children, and we remain available to clarify any doubts and continue offering the best possible care.
