Doctor Susana is very nice but assuming the receptionist is the one sending the emails, she’s unprofessional & so is Doctor Valter in addition to being extremely unpleasant. Again, I said I don’t want Invisalign so I had to get another xray after already paying for an xray in my previous appointment, another appointment, received a new treatment plan weeks later for braces, costing €1,500, plus €600 for a retainer & €65 per monthly follow up appointment. Much cheaper than Invisalign but still pricey, I see on their website there’s a significant reduction with insurance (€500 less for the braces & cheaper for the follow up appointments) so I get Medicare insurance… then I’m told via email even if I have insurance I’ll still have to pay the full amount & my insurance can reimburse me? That’s not how insurance works when the clinic has an agreement with the insurance provider. If it worked like that then you wouldn’t be advertising the reduced prices on your website! They even confirmed with me that the reduced prices on their website are correct but still wanted me to pay the full amount. They are also very slow, preferring to do things in multiple appointments which could be done in one. I was supposed to have all my exposed tooth roots restored, but during the appointment they decided to only do one & wait one month to do the rest. The final straw was them telling me to do another appointment “because I expressed interest in Invisalign” which again, I did not. It’s been three days since I responded to their last ridiculous email, no response. I called the clinic, no answer & no call back. So I have already found another clinic with true professionals that care about my dental health beyond trying to milk me for money.
As always a good experience! Really friendly and competent service. Its the perfect place when you are not really confident in Portuguese because the dentist speaks perfect english. They also work with lots of insurances.

I had my implants done at this clinic and had a tooth treated that, at another dentist, would have needed to be extracted... I also recommend their teeth whitening, tartar removal, etc. Since I lived in the building, I took advantage of going on Sundays, which is an option that is very rarely offered! Top-notch service and attention! I recommend them to everyone.
I have been a patient of Dr. Susana Martins for decades. This means many years without problems. If there are any, they are resolved immediately. The staff do not always meet our expectations. Terrible I called to schedule an extraction, specifying who answered (I believe it was a female doctor); because the clinic was without a receptionist, and I was given a price. went to have the stitches removed (because, in a phone call, they informed me that the doctor who performed the extraction (the same one who charged me) and would send the invoice was on vacation, meaning there was no reception service). I asked for the invoice first because we thought something else had happened, especially since this same doctor was the one who started the extraction and another doctor had to finish it because he couldn't (I took it myself as a trainee). Anyway, I paid 49 euros extra because I had to pay for the dressing and the tooth that was extracted was 80 euros, not 50 as I was quoted. I didn't like it. Nothing about the clinic, the structure is good, but the service and explanations are terrible. They lost a client (because I was going to continue with more treatments), and I really don't recommend it to anyone. If it's a new clinic, it has much better quality. I only gave it 1 star so the review would go through.

A modern, comfortable clinic, right in the city center, 2 minutes from the metro! Fair prices and excellent professionals. I was seen on a Saturday after 6 pm with great kindness and the necessary knowledge for my problem. I recommend it 100%.
To remove my amalgam fillings, they explained a technique called "smart" so I wouldn't ingest the mercury from the lead (because it's carcinogenic). The restoration, entirely biological and without plastics, was done in ceramic. I was very happy because other clinics don't explain this. Satisfied and I will return!
I had an emergency on a Sunday because of a partially impacted and lying wisdom tooth, and Dr. Susana was fantastic to me. Since that day, she's been my dentist of choice. Kind, attentive, and an excellent professional. I returned to the clinic, but not for an emergency, just a routine check-up, and I will return for all necessary routine check-ups. She's fantastic. I had implants done at this clinic with Dr. Suzana. I recommend her as an excellent specialist and a very kind and attentive person.
Dr. Susana Martins is the sweetest most relaxed dentist I have ever met. I came in with severe pain and an inflamed tooth. She took the time to examine the situation properly. He had a lovely chat. I felt very welcome and in good hands.
I have always received extremely good care at Clínical Dent Instititute. The doctors and other professionals are excellent.
Great place. Great dentist staff was very nice, very helpful. They spoke English and Portuguese, very easy. I don't have insurance, but the prices are pretty good for not having insurance. They would be even better if I did. I have the insurance 5 stars. I'm doing 3 more procedures with them. And all i've done is one thing, and the next ray

I kept my appointment, which I requested online. When I arrived, they told me they had no record of my appointment. The receptionist blamed me, even though I had an email from the clinic confirming my appointment. This is nonsense.

I have always been very well taken care of. The service is excellent, as are the employees I have had the opportunity to meet, not excluding, of course, Dr. Susana herself, of whom I have been a client for over a decade. I regret that there is no agreement with Médis, but I understand that these are strictly commercial choices that are beyond my control. I sincerely wish you much success.
