Excellent patient reception, beautiful and pleasant place, easy to get to. Everyone who attended to me was very professional, very affordable prices, the x-rays are quick, Dr. Carvallo is a sweetheart, 10/10, she explained everything perfectly, was very pleasant, and does excellent work. I went for a dental cleaning and I left very happy.

We're sorry you feel that way about our receptionist. But as I explained, we can't diagnose new patients just by sending us their X-rays. The appointment for a proper diagnosis is the most important thing.

Excellent Dental Clinic. Since I live just a stone's throw away, I saw the advertisement and went there. They are punctual with scheduling, have warm service, a comfortable waiting room, and excellent customer service from both the clinician and the administrative staff. Affordable prices, quality care, and, above all, they honor their guarantees. I am very satisfied with the experience.

I checked their Instagram profile and went to the clinic, which was closed for lunch. It's worth noting that their Instagram profile doesn't mention closing from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. I returned at 2:30 PM, and the receptionist informed me that assessments are by appointment only. I felt they could have offered me an assessment on a first-come, first-served basis. At this clinic, I found staff with ethics, passion for what they do, affordable prices, and quality work. I used to go to one of the most expensive clinics in Santiago, and I say this with authority.

very abrupt and gross. It was very uncomfortable. I have a pain tolerance, but it was obvious that the dentist was doing the cleaning in a hurry and without much care. As I told you, I had already had another cleaning with a dental bond dentist and that time it was deeper but at no time did I feel pain like today. Honestly, today I felt like my gums were being ground.

s where I want to elaborate. Like many, I was terrified of dental visits; I usually only went when the pain led me to an emergency. At least, that was my previous experience, and this time, I wanted to prevent that from happening. So, I went to the clinic in early September 2023 to have my teeth checked and ask about a few things that were worrying me. They presented me with the estimate, and then I had weekly appointments with Dr. Christopher Johnson (from the second week of September until today, January 17, 2024). This included the complete repair of a previous root canal that had been poorly done (which, by the way, I had done at the Adonay Clinic on Estado Street a few years ago), as well as numerous composite fillings, and even the extraction of a wisdom tooth, among other things. I felt absolutely no pain during any of these procedures, not even the third molar extraction. I was very surprised that the doctor performed a cleaning/scaling without anesthesia, and I honestly didn't feel any pain at all (I had a very painful experience at another clinic). I also had a couple of appointments with Dr. Ana Tapia, and I have nothing but praise for her. Like Dr. Johnson, they were extremely professional and friendly. I especially appreciate the relaxed atmosphere, which helps to eliminate tension, as well as the friendly nature of the doctors, dental assistants, and receptionists. Finally, after comparing prices, they're more than good and convenient. After this time, I finally lost my fear, so I'll be getting regular checkups with them. Highly, highly recommended!
