Today I used the endodontics and oral hygiene services and received excellent care from the moment I arrived with Johana, then during the evaluation with Dr. Juan Pablo, and finally with Estefany for oral hygiene. The service was warm, respectful, and very professional. They truly care about their patients' oral health. Congratulations, I will be returning with my family.
Excellent service and attention. I had a dental cleaning and the experience was great from the start. The staff was very friendly, punctual, and professional, and the procedure was careful and comfortable. The place also looks very clean and organized. I was very satisfied with the result. So far, I've had a very positive experience at the clinic. I especially want to highlight Dr. Juan from the orthodontics department, who has always been genuinely kind, attentive, and committed to the proper progress of my treatment. His dedication and the care he puts into every appointment are evident.
My personal experience has not been good. I have private health insurance and chose this place based on a Google recommendation. My case is for pediatric dentistry. They never answer the phone, and you have to insist on getting a response to WhatsApp messages. Appointments take forever to get. She didn't even look at me, arguing with the secretary about the number of patients. She treated them like cattle. I expected more humane and personalized care. In her haste, she didn't examine my daughter properly. She has a crossbite, and her pediatrician insisted that an evaluation was important. I insisted the assistant examine her again before I left, and she replied, "Why? What do you want her to tell us?" In the end, she saw her, but it seems she didn't do it with pleasure. So, if she can't handle the workload, I don't know how the job will turn out. I'll let you know if her tights fall off. She might be good, but she forgot that you have to be professional first.

Excellent service from all the staff; they are both incredibly kind and professional. Dr. Daniela, in particular, was outstanding; I received my entire treatment from her. Her care was meticulous and exceptional!
