I had all my treatment done at the clinic: cleaning, filling, root canal, crown, and now the last part will be the braces. I was very well taken care of, Dr. Arlan was very calm and professional. I lost my fear of the dentist with him. The price is fair. I've already recommended him to several people!!!

Dr. Arlan Caetano is excellent! I arrived at the clinic very scared, and he was incredibly patient, calmly explaining the entire treatment. The reception staff also deserve a 10/10, they were super attentive. I am disappointed with the service I received from the employees and the owner himself, Arlan Caetano Rodrigues. The service was poorly done by them, and I returned to have them redo it, when I was surprised by Arlan's refusal to resolve the issue. He called me into his office privately and yelled at me. During your care, at no time did our team refuse assistance or act disrespectfully. On the contrary, the treatment provided was temporary and previously documented with your consent, and our team even attempted to contact you for its continuation, without receiving a response. Just as we make a point of treating all patients with courtesy, we expect that same consideration to be shown in return, in order to maintain a positive environment for everyone.
