I came for my first time for a facial and everything went very quickly and perfectly. The staff were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend it.

which he did wonderfully. He dedicated a little over half an hour to it, something uncommon in other clinics. Upon arrival and departure, the receptionist and administrator, Rocío, along with her two assistants, greeted us very kindly and professionally. In short, although we've been there several times before, we've both left very happy and delighted with the treatment we received from all the staff, as well as their evident professionalism. Thank you so much to everyone. We certainly recommend the Santa Maria Dental Clinic. Greetings to all.

I consulted Dr. Pablo because I had a serious problem with two implants that were causing a chronic infection, which needed to be treated as soon as possible. We started a complex dental treatment that required immediate attention for my health. Today I went to the clinic for a check-up and cleaning, and the experience was impeccable. Outrageous, to put it mildly. They gave my father a quote of around €5,500 when he called to ask what they were going to do and how to pay. Oh, mistake, the quote was wrong and it should be around €10,500. To me, this is outrageous and completely unacceptable. Anyone can make a mistake, but this isn't a mistake, it's a full-blown scam. How can you trust them? I have none, so we're obviously not…

going. Human error to go from 3 crowns to 9? Human error to go from 2 rebuilds to 5? And get this, the most expensive things, what a coincidence... It's shameless to treat a 74-year-old like this. A quote CANNOT go from €5,000 to €10,500. And if I met with Patricia and she couldn't say anything, then obviously she couldn't say anything.

I called on Monday because I had a toothache, and they saw me and extracted it on Tuesday morning. All the staff were very friendly, especially the dentist, Alejandro, who noticed I was nervous and did everything with the utmost care and attention. I've found my dentist in Madrid! I highly recommend him to everyone, especially if you're a little nervous like I was!
Dental cleaning done with great care, it didn't hurt at all! Always very professional.
Clinic with years of experience, unbeatable service from reception to the dentists. I've been going to them for years and will definitely continue.

I've been to this clinic several times. The dentists are very professional. However, the reception staff lacks courtesy and professionalism. First, they gave me a quote of 200 euros, and then they changed it to 500 due to a "mistake" (they never make mistakes when it comes to applying discounts) – 300 euros more for the same procedure. e I needed to go to the dentist more often. They're going to charge you 100 euros every time you go, just like that. When I complained about the price, she told me 70 euros is nothing. It's an excellent clinic, and it's true that quality comes at a price, but the person at reception treats people terribly if she doesn't consider their personal circumstances. I hope she finds herself in the same situation I did and encounters such an unpleasant person.

And yet, coming to this clinic was a spiritual experience that transcends all creeds. For a humble price compared to the salvation of my soul and my teeth, I escaped Hell. What awaited me was certainly Purgatory, which I had to traverse to redeem myself from my sins. But I traversed it hand in hand with Saint Mary, who assisted me with great kindness, wisdom, and patience at every step we took together. And before I knew it, I emerged from that difficult place as if I had never been there. If you too have sinned with your mouth, if you have betrayed those who so diligently cut, grasped, and crushed the delicious foods that brought you pleasure, I recommend that you make an appointment as soon as possible at this sacred sanctuary of dental salvation.
