The day I went to this clinic, I won a cleaning and a dental kit because I played a raffle. When I arrived, they informed me that I wasn't eligible for a cleaning, which they are obligated to tell you before you go there. They also told me they didn't have any dental kits. We are forwarding the information sent by that entity: Good morning, it is very difficult to provide information before you visit the office since the invitation does not include any type of evaluation. The evaluation is precisely to assess your current dental health. This is not meant to be disrespectful, but without a prior evaluation, a diagnosis cannot be made. And the dental kit will be sent to your home as you were informed yesterday.

girl who called me said, they replied that it wasn't from the EPS but from the health insurance system. That made me even more suspicious. I came here to the comments and saw other people who were also distrustful, so I thought I'd leave my comment too because you never know, it's better to be safe than sorry. 😩

Excellent service from all the staff, the facilities are spotless, my dental treatment was done under sedation, I loved the technology they use and felt no pain at all. I had a wonderful experience with my treatment; the service was very punctual and they dedicated enough time to me, which made me feel confident and secure throughout the entire appointment. They called me offering a consultation and cleaning, only to end up offering their services. Not only that, but the advisor who assisted me was incredibly uncomfortable. He insisted I sign up for the plan that day, and he was so pushy. They even called me a child for saying I was going to consult with my partner. I left when the advisor wasn't looking.
