I want to highlight the exceptional service from the reception staff! I had my dental treatment with Dr. Lucía Garcés under intravenous sedation. I felt very safe thanks to all the technology used during the procedure; everything was very professional and the work was excellent. I am very satisfied.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Sergio Naza for insomnia. He is a very professional and attentive doctor. He took the time to listen to my symptoms and clearly explain my treatment. I felt very comfortable during the appointment, thanks to his human touch and knowledge of the subject.

Very bad. I got a call from someone at the mayor's office who said he was offering free preventative health appointments in conjunction with the state. I thought, "Well, if the state and the mayor's office called me, I have to go." Don't fall for it like I did. They called me yesterday saying I'd been selected for a free cleaning and that I had a government subsidy. I went, and all they did was offer me their services. The advisor, who claims to be a dentist, was incredibly pushy and rude trying to get me to use his services. It's unbelievable how they trick people with lies and deception, and this should be reported because…

it's tied sales, and even worse, they're violating data protection laws by calling you. Besides, there are already many comments from people reporting the same thing. I accepted treatment with them through a loan, but I'm going to take this to the next level. These are the last resorts to dismiss because that's not the way those people should do that; I'm even going to sue them with the SIC (Spanish Association of Superintendents of Industry and Commerce).
